Rooms was small and tiny but nice view Limited options in the breakfast it can be improved Location was away from down town it will be good only if you have a car

I liked the location

Staff get frustrated when I ask questions.Breakfast for 10 days is the same. No egg at all.The hotel management increased the price of restaurant food.There was no elevator reaching my living floor. I had to use a staircase. This was not mentioned in the booking page.The elevator was small and smiley with food.No exhaust fan in the toilets..

Beautiful view of the sea Mr Bashar is 10/10 in service - very helpful , informative and supportive provided alot of information hard working

Need customer service training for mustafa no he refused to help when i mentioned the egg s not cooked he said not my job even there was no 1 there opposit of bashar Shortage of staff in cleaning service And kitchen

The cleaning wasn’t that good sometimes they clean bathroom really good but sometimes they don’t. Two days they didn’t even put a clean towel.

Stuff are very friendly and hospitable.

Breakfast and food in general is not up to the Turkish standards in cities I have visited like Istanbul or Izmir.

The sea view was perfect!Breakfast was good! Reception boy was very helpful!

The hotel seems quite new and it's unpleasent to see stains in the shower and around washbasin

Rooms cleaning was fine and the facilities inside rooms we had to ask for. A bit far from the city centre when there was traffic jam it took a very long time. Overall, it's a good hotel and recommended

The staff was very attentive, the room was very clean, the bathroom cleaning was also very good. The view was perfect, we had breakfast and dinner on the terrace, it was important that the hotel had its own parking lot, it will be our choice for our next trip.

A great place for those looking for peace. The hotel is excellent, the room size is very good, the place is very nice and clean, there is a nice terrace with sea view, alsoService facilities were also quite good. A peaceful, relaxing, refreshing facility that refreshes people and soul.No noise, no other noise, just peace.I definitely recommend it. It also had a very warm staff, many thanks to Mr. Fatih.

The room which should have been non smoking stank of cigarettes.There was no lift to the 4th floor…. the lift went just till the 3rd floor.NO yogurt nor coffee at breakfast unless you look for a waiter to make you one at an extra cost (100TRY) and then it wasn’t good.No hot water in shower unless you phone reception to switch on water heater!

This was a very bad dirty hotel with unprofessional staff, I booked 14 rooms for my group and got 13, I had to stay in a worse hotel next door.. The worst experience I ever had was here

Seaview. Room is very clean and comfortable. Location is by the major road heading to Uzungol. Breakfast is decent, varieties of choices.Free parkingWill stay here again.

- the room felt so claustrophobic, the ceiling was kinda low my friend is 185cm and his head was so close to it ( we were in the 4th floor )- the window in the room nearly doesn't open at all ( you cannot fully enjoy the beautiful sea view )- the terrace was dirty, filled with spider webs and insects.- They ran out of orange juice in the breakfast and it was only 8:30 am! it didn't get renewed.

The AC was good , there was an elevator at the property , the view of the restaurant

1- I have reserved a mountain view room , i was surprised that my room is a street view room , there was no windows isolation , the car noise is too high enough to make you awake all the night , the window was broken and they tried to fix it . I have asked more than once to change my room with no luck , receptionist said hotel is full whereas some rooms were empty . 2- Hotel restaurant is overpriced , i.e Turkish Coffee for 2 is 300TR , whereas at 5 star hotel it was for 160TR .9 ramada plaza)3- room was not ready upon my arrival and they have given me soda for free to compensate this issue after i waited 1 hour 4-the garden was polluted and not serviced and so dirty .5-there was no king bed , it was two single beds 6- towels were dirty 7- room is very small .8- bath room is very small and the water falls off the bathroom after you shower .9 - there were not enough parking spots .10- I have reserved for two nights and stay for one only .11-breakfast was poor .room number 209 was a disaster .

The hotel is located between the sea and the road. It has a large terrace with sea views. It has modern finishes.

The bathroom was tiny. We did not report the following as we arrived in the evening and left the next morning:- the room safe was locked- the balcony door did not close properly
