Its perfect. Superb location. Good breakfast. Wifi was a bit slow. Great folks at check in.

Excellent Location.The site from the hotel and from the restaurant is breath taking & very beautiful.There is a beautiful stream flowing Infront of the hotel and a lot of tents build with mats, table & Chair where you can sit and enjoy with family & kids.There is a zip liner facility just beside the hotel and kids playing area.We just spent the whole day in the hotel surroundings enjoying the beautiful view.

The facilities & amenities are basic.Very basic breakfast with fruits, cheese, bread and Turkish tea.

The location was close to the river and between the mountains which is really very beautiful view. The room is very nice and breakfast is good. I recommend it to families.

The location has a breathtaking view as well as friendly staff, though they are not always present.

The service is poor, and the hygiene is poor; additionally, we experienced power outages.

Very dirty. The bathroom need to be fixed twice. Waited 3 hours to have hot water for shower. The food is at low quality. No cleaning. TOO BAD and TOO expensive and far away from Ozingul lake.

Staff is kind. Nice room with a balcony and beautiful view on the mountains.

Breakfast is not like the pictures. Very poor breakfast. Wifi is not working well in the rooms. There is not a kettle in the room.

The view from the hotel

When we arrived the rooms weren't ready although we came at the check in time so we had to wait for 30min. After that the room we got had a terrible smell in the bathroom and the seat was leaking. They fixed the seat then the ceiling start leaking. In the next day they changed the room the bathroom is little better but the floor is always wet there is a leaking from somewhere. Breakfast always the same little variety.

It is quit hotel far from all noises and the staff they were very good. there are a ristorantes and groceries nearby. The biggest mall in the city is within a waking distance from the hotel.

The hotel surrounded be garages. There is no view if you are locking for one.

the beds not comfortable the room not clean no ventilation for toilet breakfast items are consumed and refill will take 15 minutes no sound proof in the rooms

They did seem like nice people , easy process ....

The fact that the restaurant was not what I expected , don't know why there was no food when I wanted to order, the people in the restaurant need to smile more ...

Location was good

Very noisy, no sound proofing at all.Furniture and carpet is very worn down.

Not organized, they were checking the keys for the room multiple times and not know what key for where

stuff was very helpful and flexible the place around the hotel was wonderful the food was Tasty

the breakfast was simple not too many choices the location is hard to reach it was too cold especially at night

. Limited breakfast and not enough food on it also different than pictures and room with out coffee items and no water bottles available inside room

Nice, helpful and polite staff. BF pofet was not bad.The best thing is the location beside the river.The weather and the greenery is everywhere. Especially the road to fish lake.

Rooms are narrow.Rooms doors don't lock well.Carpet looks terrible.Bear in mind that you might need to wait more than 40 min to get your order ready at their restaurant.
