Park Inn by Radisson Samsun

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The spacious rooms were a huge plus, and the fact that they were pet-friendly was a huge relief. Unlike other hotels, no one bothered me about my dog or asked me anything about her. My dog was even allowed to roam freely, which was a huge bonus. The breakfast was another highlight. It was delicious and varied every day, keeping things interesting. The staff was also well-trained and very helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel won the most points for me.

Three things I didn’t like:1. The location is 30 minutes away from Samsun city center.2. I had to ask for basic toiletries like a toothbrush, comb, toothpaste,,,etc even though they should be provided in the room and automatically refilled when cleaned.3. They charge an extra $25 for pet stays, and although their website mentions that they have pet bowls and baskets, they didn’t have any when I asked for them.

We stayed here just for one night, we were on our way to Istanbul. So, to stay for 1 night - perfect variant. Great non smoking rooms, a lot of space, clean, quite. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. And great price. Location for tourists probably is not the best, but it depends what do you need.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a good start to the day. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. I was also able to stay with my small dog in the room without any issues

One downside was that the air conditioner was leaking into the room. Also, the hotel is located in an industrial area, so the view is not very nice and the surroundings are a bit noisy

Rooms big enough, clean and comfortable

Check in time took so long. A/C not working in reception area. Staff at reception were not helpful as: 1- check in took long time. 2- they did not even bother themselves to offer us drinks as we waited long time in reception and A/C not working. 3- I asked for someone to help me with baggages and they said no one here help yourself even with trolly they told me it’s there go and take it. I don’t know why this attitude in such hotel!!!

This was the terrible experience. Do not trust them.

Could not get an apartment from this scammer. At some point they stopped responding in WhatsApp when I had arrived at night. I had to urgently look for another hotel for the family at midnight.

Comfy beds, spacious room, late check-in without issues, possibility to park.

The hotel itself has all the basic needs you would need. Elevators are new and the hotel has a great parking area upfront which can accommodate plenty of vehicles.

Hotel room was rather tired. Lighting in the room was very limited. The hotel is located outside of the centre in a rather industrial area with plenty of factories around. Be careful on match days as the hotel is located very close to the football stadium.

It’s normal hotel

I can’t sleep due to renovation process in room above. Awful, I don’t know how it’s possible in 4 star motel

Best Room, great Stuff, parking, allmost everything except of Location

Noice of close factory working all night, so you can not open the window. But air conditioning is working.

- Friendly staff - parking directly in front of the hotel - easy to reach from the highway (although it is in an industrial area)

- everything was very dated and somewhat broken in the room/bathroom. The carpet had lots of stains, the windows were very dirty. In the bathroom everything was half broken if you touched it. - the aircon was not very powerful, quite loud and slightly smelly, and the room was very humid despite of it. - it was just not at the standard it should be at for the price that was paid. And that breakfast was not even included.

The overall stay was good. The receptionist staff and security staff were very welcoming.Specially receptionist Ms Aylin she was very helpful

Towels and furniture are old ; needs replacment.

Everything was perfect The staff were politeHotel room are cleanBeds were comfortable Good value for money

The location were far from the cityNo view from the room

Would not recommend

Strong smell of cigarets. And you can only open windows a little bit - which does not help. When you open window this way - it now automatically disables air conditioner. But air conditioner does not change anything in the room even when it's working. So you have smell, no fresh air, and it's hot.

Room was clean.

Reservation was done for two person but everything were put for one(towels, slippers, bottle of water). In shower shampoo was almost empty.

Overall the hotel is good. They have a great parking space, but i had an incident i’ll describe below

In the room the toilet was stuck and there was a very bad smell, I couldn’t use toilet and bathroom, and nobody cared about it and didn’t change my room. I guess it was the problem only in my room not in the hotel. They had opportunity to change our room because it wasn’t full but they didn’t

Bed was very big and soft. Personnel was friendly. Food at restaurant was very tasty.

Lots of room items were broken both in room and in bath, wi-fi was very slow.

The bed was really comfortable, friendly staff and nice breakfast. We had a small problem with the door key, but the reception was quick to solve the issue .

It’s a bit far from the attractions in Samsun.

Location, quite, safe, friendly staff.

Calm

The receptionist upon entering took more than half an hour to register and did not smile Likewise, when booking, I asked them for two connected rooms, so the response was that they do not have the connected rooms, but they will provide me with two adjoining rooms, but the employee gave me one room and the other is far away in another room, and I do not know the reason for that, knowing that the hotel is empty and the room next to me is likewise يThe employee is looking for anything that disturbs the mood of others

Good rooms, not connecting, creative and new, and location is ok

the second room we took had smoking smell, it looked like that they allowed smoking on a NON smoking floor. We told them we want to change rooms, they changed but we forgot our luggage so we CLEARLY said to the staff we need a keycard to access our old room, and the staff was like: “my friend will help you” but the security that took us to the room didn’t have keycard, so we waited a few minutes. Not really pleasant, bit waste of time.
