Pros +

• A really nice family-run pension in the little town just outside of Patara Beach and ruins. The family was friendly and offered our favorite Turkish breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and veggies. The pool was small but lovely and I nearly fell asleep in one of the loungers one afternoon. The AC and in-room fridge were great. The staff offered good advice about how to visit the beach. If you just want the beach, ask them how to get free access. We paid the 10-12 Euros (can't remember) to visit the beach and ruins. They even loaned us a beach umbrella so we didn't have to rent one. The ancient ruins in the evening were spectacular! The little town was around the corner from the inn with a few restaurants and shops.
• Wonderful hosts. Enjoyed all our meals of home cooking. Clean and bright room with lovely design touches (mirror and rug) and had a balcony overlooking the pool. Bathroom was compact but clean. Location close enough for us to walk in the morning to Patara beach and the antique site (about 2.5km). Free parking on property.

Cons -

• My daughter's pillow was hard as a rock! We probably should have asked for another but didn't want to be a bother. Everything else was great!
• Nothing we liked it very much but note you do need to turn the fridge on as it's plugged in but off inside for environmental reasons until a new guest turns it on.
