Renovation Notice: Between April and October 2026, we will be bringing our next evolution style rooms to Premier Inn Dubai Investments Park. We will be working in our rooms during the day, and apologise for any inconvenience to your stay. At the time of check-in, all guests are required to provide their physical identification, as per the below list. Digital IDs and photocopies are not accepted. • UAE Nationals and Residents should provide their Emirates ID or Passport. • GCC Nationals should provide their National ID or Passport. • GCC Residents should provide their Passport. • Guests from outside of the GCC should provide their Passport. Rates vary by room type. Room type changes on arrival may incur an additional fee. To guarantee your pay on arrival booking and secure your rate, Premier Inn will validate the credit card provided during the reservation process. Failure to provide a valid credit card may result in the cancellation of your booking. Car Parking Policy: One parking space is available per room, subject to availability on arrival. We can’t reserve or guarantee spaces in advance Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The property will be undergoing renovations from 2026-04-01 until 2026-10-01. During this period, guests may experience some noise or light disturbances, and some hotel facilities and services may not be available.
