Nice people and good quality breakfast.

No Wifi and a bit out of the way

The staff is very friendly and smiling. The quadruple room was actually a double room with 2 single beds added on the side. Breakfast was abundant, and the cappuccino was nice. Dog friendly place and parking space in front of the hotel/restaurant. The pizza and the calzone were very nice.

Tight space between the single bed and the terrace door. Only two electric plugs are available in the room. Remote control needs a change of batteries or a replacement (only work if close to the tv).

Nice residential area

Not enogh electrical outlets. Had to choose between pluging in the Air condinyioner or the bedside lamp. Not enough plugs to charge phone and Ipad at the same time.

The room was very spacious and clean, and the mattresses also of good quality. Shower was perfect. The staff is extremely nice and the breakfast was good, with a wonderful coffee and fresh croissants, amongst other things.

The pillows are too soft, so it’ll almost like you don’t have one. It’s not a big issue, but having a sturdier option would be nice, and would make the sleep more comfortable.

Toys and sturdy bunk bed. Good food, abundant breakfast and kind and helpful staff.

We got a smaller room than we booked through the booking.com website. Too small for 4 people. Entrance to the balcony is built-up with a bed.Broken air conditioner - noisy and dripping condensate directly on the bed. The single beds are so old, that the mattress falls to the ground when you sit down. Wi-fi often did not work. The room smelled of smokers and was a bit noisy as there is a restaurant downstairs.

Very good breakfast. A lot of choice. Orange juice for all, delicious coffee, buns with cheese, croissants. Varied and tasty!

We loved the view from the balcony, the veery comfy double bed, clean and simple room, very nice staff and delicious breakfast.

Very friendly staffs, though the air-con. room was old but clean, comfortable beds and there was a big balcony for 4, we enjoyed the evening with sunset. Free parking in front of the restaurant. Good breakfast.

Perhaps it’s a hot summer, there were insects and mosquitoes the whole night, even we closed all windows.

Personnel very friendly and very nice breakfast: coffee, fruits, bread, croissants, mermelade , Nutella, orange juice, ham, cheese. The room has one full bed and two twins. Air conditioner working properly. Also good wifi

Great location. 15 mins from Locarno and Bellinzona . 30 mins from Lugano.Very friendly staff. Good breakfast and of course pizza.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, lots of choice, restaurant with traditional Pizza, kids loved the Pizza. Nice other food also. Location ist ideal to visit Verzasca and Maggia Valley. Ascona and Locarno also not far.

should be a trash bin in the room. Also a refrigerator would be perfect.
