Hotel Astoria

The location was great and they were very friendly toward motorcyclists. I loved being able to park the bikes in the garage at night and dinner and breakfast were both excellent. The staff were all great. The room was clean and had a great view. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

A fantastic place with great friendly staff, excellent facilities and great parking. Ideally situated for visiting the Switzerland passes.Even has inside motorbike parking.

Breakfast food was running out, they simply advised we come down for breakfast earlier on following days.

The staff were very accommodating. I was offered an upgrade from the annex to the main building. In hindsight I had wished I'd accepted as the room was fairly dark but it was peaceful which suited me needs as I was there with my dog who had been taken unwell during our summer in a camper van so he was able to relax and recover well without too many interruptions.I took advantage of the laundry facility during my stay which was a good price for a large load and included drying (CHF 20). My German isn't very good and the staff were very helpful in communicating with me.

As mentioned the room was a little dark and dated but I understand that is why I was offered an upgrade.

A good example of a Ski Lodge in the mountains. Parking, very friendly staff.

Nice place. Rooms were clean and updated. Great food in the restaurant. We liked inside parking for our motorcycles. The roads near here are absolutely fabulous. Great sightseeing!

The room was warm so I opened the window and it was a bit noisy. Not too many dining choices.

Functional property and room in a lovely mountain region. Friendly staff and a very good breakfast. Choice of rooms given, opted for one with a balcony.

We were able to park early and cycle the local passes before checking in. As we were traveling back home the following day, use of the garage to pack our bikes was great too!

The Astoria Hotel is very nice and as I understand popular place for travelers not only on the car, but also for bike. They have a big parking spot, nice view to the mountains from balcony. Very clean and cozy room with comfortable beds. Very nice, helpful and friendly stuff.

Nothing, everything was good

Very handy location if you are traveling on this part of Switzerland, whether by car or by train (station at walking distance from the hotel). Breakfast is great. Rooms are clean and in excellent working condition. Staff are very friendly and speak several languages. It is a friendly, useful stop for motorbikers. Good meal choices for dinner. Not the first time we stayed here before.

It may be a bit pricy, but then again, this is Switzerland!
