Pros +
- large and beautifully designed rooms. Great food. very clean.
- Everything. The atmosphere, the cleanliness, the location, the food in the restaurant and especially the attentive service, the outstanding willingness to help with anything that was needed, the smile and the warmth.
- Beautiful old traditional "berg-hotek" with a nice modern touch. The welcome and check in was seamless and staff was great.
Cons -
- Nothing, had a perfect time
- We stayed there on monday and could unfortunately not take advantage of the fireplace and kitchen. This would have made the stay even more of an experience.
- All very good EXCEPT one thing that will put me off from returning another time: at dinner in their Beitz restaurant (not their gourmet restaurant!) they charged us 9CH for one bottle of tap water (yes filtered at the faucet but always TAP water). The cost itself is irrelevant considering the quite pricey staying but it’s the principle. I would understand to pay that money or more if it was for a bottled water on which obviously you have marketing costs , labor etc etc. . But to pay for a simple water out of the tap in the Swiss’s mountains sounds really too much and not a good message from a beautiful hotel like this one. Small details that unfortunately leave you a sour feeling at the checkout. It would be very simple and much more elegant for the hotel to spread these water costs somewhere else on the bill if really that was a cost!!

Fabulous Hotel in a picturesque Swiss village. Everything was thought in details and our stay was very relaxing with all comforts. Our dog was also pampered and very welcome.
Hotel Post Andeer exceeded all our expectations. First, the hotel itself, which is in the fully renovated historic building right in the centre of the village of Andeer. Public areas are immaculately maintained and feature whites and greys and lots of natural wood. Our deluxe suite was spacious, perfectly laid out, stylish and pristinely clean. We had a 6-course dinner at the gourmet restaurant which was very well worth it - culinary discovery, thoughtful wine pairing and attentive and friendly service. Hannah and the whole team perform wonders - you feel very welcome and taken care of, but in a friendly and informal way. We're really looking forward to our next stay at Post Andeer in the summer or in the winter
Confort , cleanliness, location in town

Nice place, friendly people, good kitchin a wines and grappa.
Very newly renovated luxury hotel. beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast in beautiful breakfast room. We were upgraded to a larger room that overlooked the village square. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed (Monday), but the hotel arranged a reservation elsewhere in the village. We could store our bicycles in a closed storage space, and we could clean them as well. At walking distance there is a public spa, which was excellent after our cycle trip.
Great hospitality and everything feels brand new. Love the attention to detail, the spacious bathroom, and the really comfortable bed.
The breakfast buffet was a bit limited in variety, but everything offered was delicious.
The service in general, the cleanliness of all the areas and the quality of the restaurant.
We liked the location of the hotel in Andeer.
The gourmet restaurant while very good was quite pricy.
This hotel is a pleasant discovery! You find a minimal and elegant furniture both in the common area and in the room, everything shows attention to details. Excellent cleaning. The staff is very kind and welcoming, in the restaurant you eat very well (from breakfast to dinner). The parking is just outside the hotel.
The staff welcomed us with a glass of champagne (or some sort of sparkling white wine) as we arrived which was incredible after a long day of hiking. The food at the restaurant was amazing! The staff was incredible knowledgeable about wines as well and recommended some amazing local wine. Most comfortable bed of our whole European trip! I can't wait to go back.
Boutique Hotel, high quality products, beautiful bathroom with local granite rock
Staff did not like kids in the restaurant
We were “asked” to leave the restaurant halfway our dinner because our toddler was too loud. Despite that, the hotel charged for the full dinner.
Superb
Little.things, e.g. it is possible to buy entry tickets to the mineral spa at the hotel, but we were not informed that you need to take towels along or that to enter the spa section the ticket given by the hotel is not enough. The first breakfast was great, the second, when hardly anybody except us were at the hotel, we didn't get the same selection variety. For the price you pay per night that is a bit cheap from their side.
The total ambiance and hospitality of this newly renovated hotel is excellent. The design is chic, modern, the room is very cosy. Quiet but convenient location. The food combines Asian and western cuisine, which gives great choice for different appetites. Will return for sure.
Very nice hotel with super friendly staff and great food.
Nothing - all was pefect!
Exceptional
Couldn't find the entrance
It’s always a pleasure coming back here, everything shows care of the guest. Hannah, the owner, is very kind and helpful.
