Pros +
- Unique hotel, room with a great view. Everything was just great.
- Lovely hospitality. Extremely friendly owner. Personal service every moment. So surprised at the Japanese cultural element intertwined with traditional Swiss culture. The proximity to the cable car was especially nice.
- Close to the kids’ piste in Ftan. Clean, spacious room. Very quiet (apart from walking noises). Friendly staff. Good quality for the price.
Cons -
- The hostess, a Very charming Japanese lady with an extraordinary artistic flair of decorating every corner in the hotel especially the dining room.
- Very loud walking noises from upstairs’ rooms. Almost no fresh food (eg fruits) at breakfast. Rooms cleaned only when new guests arrive (we stayed only for 4 nights, so not a big deal).
