I liked that the hotel was close to train station, friendly staff, and the rooms were clean.

I stayed there in the advent season and walking up the stairs I heard a beautiful christmas song, which was likely coming from a floor which was just being cleaned. It was setting the mood perfectly for the subsequent holidays. The kindness of Medine, the receptionist who helped me to get around the place has given me reassurance that any time if I come back, I’m at the right place to stay in this city.

Everything was perfect, highly recommended.

Great room, good breakfast, only 25 minutes drive from Zurich center, only 1.5hr from the main mountain passes. Everything was clean, and the staff was phenomenal. Very helpful and generous.

It's a basic Hotel for a good price considering it's Switzerland ;)

Breakfast is very basic. Some more British breakfast options like sausages to the scrambled eggs would have been nice.

On my last day, I wanted to request a late check-out but there was no one at the reception the whole morning. At 11, I called the number provided, and the person who answered said they would call me back immediately. I gave them my number, but no one called. I ended up leaving around 11:15, and surprisingly, they only called me at 2:30 asking if I wanted a late check-out. Very strange and disappointing to experience this kind of service at a hotel reception.

Clean rooms, closer to Zurich but not as expensive as Zurich. But didn’t find anywhere to eat, so probably would have been better to spend more money to have something in the neighborhood to walk to. Close to the train station for us to walk to and leave in the morning.

1. Difficult to get into the building. One set of doors opened, the others didn’t. Only directions was to call a number if you were late, we weren’t late. We walked around the building and didn’t find any other entrances. Came back and joined another guest trying to wave down help to enter. A guest in the lobby let us in2. Staff greeted us by saying that we didn’t pay for breakfast, so we wouldn’t be getting any, and when we wanted to leave we should leave the key in the box on their desk. Zero other explanations about other amenities3. Poor location - we arrived on a Monday evening at 7pm and couldn’t find a restaurant or grocery store open within walking distance so we went to bed hungry4. Took us 10 minutes to figure out how to turn any lights on and another 5 to figure out how to open the blinds. 5. Terrible view of rooftops and block houses, nothing inspiring. So drab. Probably worth it to check out some other places

Location was good, check in and check out was very smooth. It offers breakfast which was basic but good except for lack of toaster which is a must requirement for breakfast. It’s a no frills hotel so don’t expect premium service.

Rooms were not very clean, there was dust and crumbs on the desk when we checked in. No tea cups and in one room no tea bags either. Had to pay 20 CHF for parking. At breakfast the toaster was not working!!!

Clean, the room actually had a third bed instead of the typical pullout sofa, easy to find

During the breakfast time there was only one person working, and it was impossible for her to do everything when there were many guests coming to breakfast at the same time. So, at times there was almost nothing to eat and we had to only wait.

Security was very good, The Breakfast team did a wonderful job trying to manage the guests. They had a bunch of tourists from Asia however they team was able to serve everyone. Its proximity to the railway station was a big plus.

The beds could have been a little more plushy.

The train station is within walking distance. It was very quiet. There's a gym within walking distance if you need one.

The breakfast was horrible. There was no fridge or microwave in the room, so we could buy food and have it kept fresh. The reception is only there between certain times, not all day, which is inconvenient.

Nothing, small far sway and no good air conditioning. Barely can walk in the room.

View from the room to the road, building block and railroad. Mould in the bathroom, no cleaning during stay- only towel change. No soap on the room.For 2 days and 3 people in the room we were only given 2 small packs of body wash.

Good price for a 3-person room in Switzerland. Auto fan and A/C worked. Fairly quiet despite busloads of tourists. Staff worked hard to replenish breakfast items. Next to train tracks but thick windows blocked noise.

One pillow per person. Hotel makes extra by charging 23 CHF/day for parking, although the hotel is located in a semi-suburban area. Breakfast room needs an additional coffee machine. Avoid the breakfast area and elevators until the busloads of tourists have eaten/left.

The location is just a few meters from the train station. There is a supermarket and a shopping mall within walking distance.There is an underground Parking that costs 20 CHF per night. All the staff were very welcoming. Breakfast was simple but complete. When we arrived, a staff member offered to prepare eggs for us.

The AC didn’t work in room 511 and the shaft covering the AC equipment was uncovered, meaning the staff most likely knew that AC wasn’t working in that room.

Booking.com mention wrong name of hotel. It is not prize by Radisson. We were confused & looking for hotel & finally reached. Person at reception is not friendly with us. No tea bags, coffee bags in room. Bed sofa was not comfortable

it was clean enough, and a quiet place, very close to the train station and a few supermarket s.

we stayed 5 nights and our bed shifts weren t changed , not even once. we paid for breakfast, it was ok, but not fantastic, only got like a few things. we didn t had a fridge in the room, and no windows.
