Clean, elegant, authentic, very helpful and polite staff, enjoyable experience

Very nice and serviceminded staff, comfortable beds, good breakfast buffet, happy for the late check-out, good tennis court, nice with the little gym and sauna (if it is started) and beautiful outdoors areas

The rooms are very basic for my expectations from a 4-star hotel. Nothing more than the beds an a tiny table and 2 armchairs. Nothing more than a soap in the bathroom.I had to clean up for 4 spiders going around on the bed og coming towards it from the ceiling. The worst of all was that some towels were dirty and nicely folded! I complained and got quickly new set with apologized, but the second set had the same problem. Every time one out of three towels has simply sheet on it!! I did not get more than apologizes for it. This disgusted me and my family totally.

The only positive aspect of our stay was the staff at reception, who were kind and helpful.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel, starting with the booking process. I reserved two rooms for 1 adult and 2 children per room (a total of 6 guests), but the hotel’s description on Booking.com was unclear. It did not specify that each room only accommodates 2 people and that an extra bed must be paid for separately. This additional cost is not reflected in the total price shown during booking, which is misleading. You think you're booking for 6 people, but you only get accommodation for 4 unless you pay extra after the reservation is confirmed.The rooms themselves were a bit outdated, especially the bathrooms, which could use some renovation. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special or memorable.I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Great breakfast. Hotel is right next to the airport, you can go on foot to it. It is not noisy, since there aren't many flights. Staff is friendly. We stayed there as a family twice, family rooms are big. Some of the rooms are new, modern, others could use same make up :) We reccomend it

Rude/unwelcoming staff at check in (should polish some basic behaviour with customers), great staff in the morning. Nice continental breakfast, very nice for sleep and very close to the airport.

Unbeatable proximity to otherwise quite remote local airport. Only a few minute walk from the airport, along the well lit sidewalk or through the parking lot. We found the hotel to fit our needs and enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

I have a very big complaint about the breakfastthe food was bad, it wasn't enough, we were alone with a small child, we couldn't turn to anyone, we were looking for some more things that were missing, a very nice woman came at the end, when they finished breakfast and headed for the room, but then it was a late because we had to leave for the flight…

Breakfast buffet was a little unattended with missing cutlery, food missing etc.

We had a very early flight so we booked a night at the airport hotel, not expecting much, but it was very clean and the breakfast was really good (and it starts at 4 AM). All in all, good choice when flying early from Malmo.

The room was quite hot and the lady at the reception could not find the price for the second room I had booked. There is nothing fancy in this hotel.

Room is a bit oldX but well saved. Not good value for money

Staff was kind and room was clean and tidy. My kids liked taking lifts from ground to first floor.

We only stayed for a night as we arrived in the evening with the ferry in Ystad, the hotel is about 30 min by car (doable with older kids). There are limited hotel possibilities in the area. Given that the location and value for money was okay (still not cheap). The hotel offers a good breakfast and some more activities (swimming pool, billiard, dart) to start the next day slow. It is close to the airport but you don't hear a thing. The family suite that we had was really big, but we did not need it.

The bed in the main bedroom was way too soft. We could not sleep really and had to move the cover mattress down on the floor to get at least a bit of sleep. Still, It was a very uncomfortable night and we woke up with neck and back pain. We informed the staff and they will look into it. Our daughter took a swim in the pool and slid on the slippery floor (not well cleaned?) and scratched her leg. The hotel itself is from the 90s and has not seen much upgrades lately (everything works though).

Location was perfect for the early in the morning next day flight.The beds and bedding were ideal for a restful sleep.Breakfast was excellent ... of course ! Who invented swedish buffet ? :)

The room was nice and clean but a little bit cramped if you want to use the laptop table under the TV (foldable), otherwise very helpfull table. We had to play "tetris" with the actual table and the chairs.

the comfort of the bed, the quality of the duvets, the size of the room, the presence of curtains, good sound insulation, and the fact that we had breakfast provided at a very early hour, correlated with the planned flight.

The shower cabin could have had a more modern design. It's not a really important aspect for us, but... since we were asked what could be better...
