Pros +
- The concierge and the valle, we¿re both excellent and very customer oriented, as was the front desk staff. We received very friendly advice on where to visit and which restaurants to eat at.
Cons -
- The staff in the restaurant for breakfast did not seem to be happy serving customers. They did their jobs but there were no smiles or genuine willingness to serve. I was surprised by the contrast because other staff in the hotel was so good.
