    • AMAZING food served here and a VERY COLD POOL - they say it’s heated online - IT IS NOT. Super fun though.
    • This is my 6th time staying here.Very friendly staff. Excellent food, perfect location for an overnight stop. The bedroom is very clean (also see cons). Cafeteria really nice with a nice terrace. Very comfortable and huge bed.I'm happy to recommend this hotel to fellow travellers and I'll revisit next time I take that route through Spain.
    • We were only there for one night on our way to Santander for the ferry but we enjoyed the stay. The room was a descent size and clean and had a balcony opening to the north with a descent enough viewThe hotel had a nice sized well maintained grounds that we could walk in with our 2 dogs. The restaurant/cafeteria was pretty busy with busy, chatty staff. Our dinners were good and a descent portion, I had their burger which was very nice, loved the unions in the red wine reduction which made it stand out. Breakfast is continental but reasonable choices and enough of itGood parking which is locked at night which is good and they have a covered pool which I didnt useI would recommend using the online check in which saved a good amount of time. The chap in reception was nice and efficientThe staff were very nice and helpfuland all in I would recomend here as a stop off ans would use it again

    Cons -

    • Advertised a breakfast buffet but there is not a breakfast buffet!
    • Just a minor dislike. The shower cubicle could do with a deep clean and when the tap on the sink ran, water came up out of the shower plug.
    • The only down side for me was the internet in my room (210) pratically unusable

Everything, the staff, the decor and facilities. The bathroom was modernised. We really liked that we were able to eat whenever we liked.

A regular visit 4 times a year between the Santander ferry and Puerto de Mazarron and back.

    Not a single thing!

The accommodation was in a good location, cozy, and clean.Ideal for those passing through.

There was no trash bin in the room, and unfortunately, we couldn’t flush our toilet. If these issues are fixed, this could be a great place to stay!

Room very clean , restaurant nice food , good service . Nice and quiet

Price for the dog could have been cheaper

I have stayed at the hotel many times with my dog, it is incredibly well placed to break the journey from Santander to/from the Med coastal areas, dogs are welcome in the cafeteria annex in the hotel, there is a very good walk from the village of Santo Tome Del Puerto which takes you to an Area Recretivo (Los Bonales), about 2 k, although there is a 20 € supplement for pets, I think it was good value overall.I would only recommend that they perhaps lower the pet charge, as with other dog owners, we leave little trace of use by dogs, but this is a minor complaint overall.

    Nothing comes to mind

WE have used this hotel many times as it suits our needs completely It is next to the main road without being too noisy, next to a petrol station, the rooms are clean and comfy, they welcome pets, the food is good and we can pay on arrival and for what we eat in the restaurant so are not delays on checkout. Also the parking is secure and locked at night. It ticks all the boxes for us.

    10ClaraPosted on: 5-16-2025

we love this hotel. never a problem with the dogs and we can also take them to eat.when you arrive late the key is waiting for you to get in. the rooms are big and the beds are very good.

the room was very hot when we came in and there was no way to lower the temperature. it stayed very hot the whole night. a little bit less heating would be much better.

    10SandraPosted on: 5-14-2025

We have been staying here for 20 years whilst travelling to and from Santander. Great location just off junction 99. Really safe and car parks are locked every night. Food is good. We have seen many improvements over the years. It is family owned and they are just great. Take dogs as well. We would recommend this hotel as a great stopover.

    9IanPosted on: 5-12-2025

Friendly staff, excellent food, walk in shower

A little dated, e.g shortage of electrical sockets. Under cover parking a bit tight for modern card

    9PhilipPosted on: 5-10-2025

Convenient for a stop off point for our journey.

The fact we thought we had paid on booking with you, to find we had to pay at the property.

    9DeborahPosted on: 5-7-2025

A good on route stay for travelling south lovely location great secure parking food very good and staff friendly and attentive. Not our first stay already booked for October ?

    8HelenPosted on: 4-24-2025

A clean and comfortable room that was much quieter than expected given the close proximity to a busy road.

The room was like an oven when we arrived but cooled down after we'd had a window open for a while.

    10AnnePosted on: 4-23-2025

Location. Good size rooms. Lovely staff

Getting a little bit worn in places

    5WilliamPosted on: 4-13-2025

The property very very dated. Beds very comfortable. Aircon system, cover on all buttons broken, bedside lamp flickering and crackling, loose wire. The old caravan and burned out car outside the window didn’t do much the gladden the eye.

    10ClaraPosted on: 4-11-2025

We were arriving very late after the desk would be closed. The check in was made very simple to be able to enter the carpark and the hotel. We were very happy we could enjoy some hrs sleep and enjoy the spacious room and bathroom
