The pool and comfortable bar area were a welcome addition after a long drive. Breakfast was delicious with a freshly cooked egg station and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The indoor pool is very nice and allows kids so its a great family activity. Rooms and restaurant are very nice as well.

Nothing we would stay again

A very beautiful place! Silence, peace, a large and spacious parking lot. Swimming pool.Excellent breakfast with a great selection and a fantastic view of the mountains.

I would have been happy if I could choose a room with half board.

Nice hotel with spa. Internal swimming pool. Good breakfast. Buffet style dinner was good. We enjoyed the stay during our European vacation trip.

The pool was nice... very warm and the kids loved it. Rooms and other facilities were more than ok. The restaurant and the food was good. Much better than we expected.

I expected for someone at the reception to speak better English and be more helpful.

Very friendly staff. The location is very quiet and big (free) parking lot. Swimming pool is also good. A lot of free games available like pool table and card or board games. Room size good and nice bathroom. Happy that the bed was in fact a double bed after special request was not guaranteed. Elevator is really nice.

There is nothing around the hotel, all very far away and nothing opened in late evenings. A lot of bugs in the room crawling through small holes in the walls.

We couldn't believe this hotel, it was fabulous! So good for the price. Wished we had more time rather than just one night to enjoy all the facilities. Would have loved to use the indoor pool/spa. The buffet breakfast was included and it was a spectacular array of food. Nice modern comfortable room with large well equipped bathroom. This large hotel seemed out of place in such a small town. We drove to nearby towns, which were charming, but no restaurants open, so had dinner at the hotel.

Evening meals are only available for a short window of time in the evenings.

Nice place, room comfy. Could wish for greater view. Parking, breakfast included in the rate. Free access to inside pool with warm water.

Location was good and exactly what we were looking for. Nevertheless, despite the good accommodation(the suite we got was fantastic), we had some negative surprises along the way.

We had to pay for the spa access, which wasn’t either mentioned prior to reservation, and definitely not what I would have expected for +26€ apart from the stay, per person, might I add.The saunas were what can be more related to ambient temperature rather than what it should be. The humid one didn’t even work, and we weren’t notified of it.Menu for dinner as well as staff knowledge is far from what can be expected from a 4-star hotel.

Location is interesting, and the view from our rooms was very nice. Staff was nice. Breakfast was quite good. The pool table is free and they have many board games to play with the kids.

The buffet diner was very poor for what it costs (22 euros) and doesn't have enough vegetarian options (no, fish is not a vegetable). The bar doesn't have a price list. They tried to charge us 18 euros for a glass of punch, a beer, olives and chips. I obviously didn't accept it and cancelled the order. The bathroom didn't have the little broom for the WC, and the shower head pointed anywhere but me. The wifi was inaccessible from the room we were at, and when it worked it was too slow. The pool is way overpriced. We paid 9 euros for it, but ended up going to the Vallbona one which costs 3 euros and is much nicer. I don't think I'm going to stay at the Iberik chain again. Overall it doesn't feel like 4 stars.

Spa and it was tidy

The buffet was too expensive for what it is and few options.Also the shower wasn't working properly.

A clean, comfortable and modern feel. Almost like a retreat. Great breakfast and free pool table. Quiet location

There wasn’t much atmosphere, probably because there weren’t many people staying at this time. We didn’t eat in the restaurant in the evening as we are not keen on buffet food and it does have a cafeteria vibe.

Very remote but beautiful setting.Wonderful dinner.Staff are very friendly and room was super comfortable. Excellent value for a hotel of this kind
