Friendly staff, secure parking and clean, comfortable rooms.

It was clean and the staff was kind and helping. The kindness of the staff compensate quite a bit our unpleasant surprises upon arrival.

In the photos it appears a bit different. Also it was a surprise on the spot that breakfast was not included. We also found out after the booking that the “spa” (a jacuzzi and a sauna) is also not included. Thus I found it expensive, especially compares to our other stay.

Helpful staff, decent size room and bathroom. Secure bike storage.Good value.

Friendly staff(Belén),really clean hotel and in the center of the village.

A very comfortable bed. Good value for money for what I paid off-season, with breakfast inclusive. I needed to catch a bus at 9.20am but learned that breakfast was not provided until 9am. The hostess opened early especially for me which was very thoughtful.No traffic noise.

There were very few guests so it was hard to judge, but noise seemed to permeate the walls (from a neighbour's shower and people talking in the corridor).

Beautifully furnished spacious room with good bathroom. The provision of the automatic heating in the room was nice (November)

As a level 3 Genius member, I have stayed in many properties in many countries. I found each of the three members of staff I spoke with to be unwelcoming and unfriendly. The reason for my score of 8 was the lovely room.Poor wifi connection I was unable to leave before 8:30am. (November)

Very clean room, great bathroom and very good bed, even for Spanish standards. Host was friendly in communication, I booked thirty minutes before they closed on Sunday (14:00) and was patient enough with my almost non existent Spanish to explain how I could get in (get a pin for the front door and room number). Good espresso in the morning. There were quite some hotels I stayed at in this region with less value for money.

I booked this place because I needed a bed. The view from the room wasn't great. But I had a balcony to hang dry my hand washed clothes for a camino.

The town.. Felt a bit intimidating at night, many Africans men standing around the street corners.

Poor Breakfast.Reception closed on day of arrival. So although we had asked for parking in the garage, we could not get the car in as they had not informed us of the door code.A bedroom key was left in the foyer which we assumed was ours.

All well. The owner called us a day before arrival to explain how to enter the hotel. And texted me an access code.

All was well.
