Pros +
- Good location, nice room and good breakfast.
- Clean, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. Great breakfast. It is a wonderful stop on the Camino Lebaniego.
- Quaint and relaxed. The staff were wonderful
Cons -
- Very overpriced, especially the dinner which costed 28€ per person for the set menu (no other option) and included a very basic salad, a stew that seemed like it had been reheated in a microwave, and no dessert provided (despite it being advertised) as they had nothing to offer. We were quite disappointed with the whole experience here sadly. Real shame as the location and room itself were very nice. Service and pricing were the real let downs.
- The Google Map link available through Booking.com is incorrect, and takes you to a different part of town (8-10 minutes away). Eventually we found the property but restaurants were by then closed. After a 7 hour drive from Portugal with kids this was a bit of a nightmare to be honest

Very limited breakfast especially for coeliacs
What a super hotel so close to the Camino Lebaniego. We had a really nice dinner and great breakfast. The rooms were so comfortable.
Screens on the windows.
Needs new carpet and new beds. Needs new management and a chef that know how to run a hotel. We paid extra for a jacuzzi tub that didn’t work. There is potential, but what a disaster as is currently run. We weren’t sure the restaurant would even be open and there is nowhere else to eat if you are on the Camino. Way overpriced and disappointing.
Building itself and it's style was nice.
Our room was just above the main road and staff Who welcomed us was quite unprofessional but trying to be friendly.Prices were quite high for such service.
Lovely room and bathroom, very clean and comfortable.
Meals pretty basic.
The bed was comfy swept well
The room was cold and the breakfast was not good two slices of toast and offered ham, cheese or tomato to go with it and a cup of coffee.
I had walked in mountains all day, it was Sunday with restaurant closed. owner made me super salad with types of fish and bean stew dish. Amazing.
Breakfast excellent and staff very helpful. Dinner was good also. Lovely terrace and garden.
Rooms away from road a little quieter.
friendly staff, great location. Very clean and stylish rooms. Excellent food.
The sound travelled from other rooms
After a days hiking, the hydrotherapy bath was amazing.
I stayed on the second floor and on a SaturdayThe room itself was in my opinion overpriced, especially because of the low and small windows that could only be opened by going on my knees. The restaurant was/and probably stull is atrocious. I returned my first order which was an overprized small piece of fish the size of my palm, over-fried on the outside but still raw on the inside, came with 3 crisp asparagus spears for 19euros!The meat dish I agreed to try instead was even worse. I had two bites and ate half the fries. I didn't complain because it felt too ridiculous to even speak about it. The returned full plate was statement enough; nevertheless the meal was added to my bill.Prices vary greatly depending on the day of the week. Not worth staying here for anything more than € 60!
A small hotel with a beatiful and peaceful garden and terrace. His owner, Juan, made us feel at home, and had the best attentions with us. The food was really good, fresh and abundant, and the rooms fresh and clean. Would definitively recommend this place.
Stayed while walking on the Camino for which it was quite convenient. The room was comfortable and c
Small breakfast.
not far from Santander and Picos se Europa. Spacious room. Friendly staff.
it is by a main road. Sound insulation is not great as could hear the noises from other rooms clearly.
Room size
One of the staff. He was not using a mask and for some reason asked me to move my car as he thought it was blocking him when it did not
A room was available. Everyone else was full. I now know why.
Over priced . Spa bath didnt work fridge was empty and dirty had to unploughed it to plug in coffee machine not what is expected for a high price room..which only had limited head room and one side of the bed was almost impossible to get into.
Very kind and caring staff, beautiful location, clean rooms
We felt like family, taken care of by the owner who went out of his way to make sure everyone had what they needed. The place has a gorgeous terrace and outdoor space. Rooms were spotless. Hopefully we get a chance to come back.
