It was clean

I expected the room will be cleaned every day, but it was not.Staff didn’t speak English.I have not seen any staff person. All communication was through microphone which was pretty complicated because of language barrier

Very clean, ideally situated just off the motorway. Bed very comfortable. An amazing en-suite garage which was perfect for our bike, very secure. This is a little different to other places we’ve stayed in, but in a good way. Definitely recommend. Staff very polite.

Cigarette stink

Smell of cigarettes in the room. We had to breath that all night. Our clothes and personal items soaked in cigarettes smell.

It was a very good price, close to aqua parque just what we needed.

It was very hot, even with AC on (was loud) but this is León in the summer ;)

There is a limited canteen menu. It has to be ordered over the phone and is delivered to the room via a serving hatch. There is a garage attached to the room which makes it quite convenient and safe.

The staff spoke only Spanish. It made check in and food orders difficult. We used translate, but some of the staff could not communicate. There is no face to face interaction which if you don’t speak Spanish, makes everything more difficult than it needs to be.

This motel offers clean comfortable rooms at a fair price.

Location, garage for motorcycles was great, staff were excellent as well room service.

Air con needs work! Shower in room 5 great not so in room 4.

Car parking in your own garage

The room smelled like the cleaning lady had just smoked a pack of cigarettes inside, not recommended for non-smokers who need a proper sleep after a long day on the road. It‘s a pity the smell, considering the hotel’s convenient location.

Great stop over, especially with motorcycles. Garages next to the rooms.

Air con could be better.

great for bikers as we had a long trip in the rain and the garage set up was brilliant allowing us to get dry and keep the bikes safe

An oddity of a hotel. Basically a garage with a room attached. Very secure for our motorcycles and kit. No interaction with staff other than checkin which was done outside the building. Checkin staff then open the garage remotely, in you drive, close the electric doors and walk thru a door to your accommodation The room is a good size, basic Spanish decor, clean. Towels and linen were fine. There is room service for breakfast, drinks and snacks which are delivered via a dumb waiter in the room!! There is a really good restaurant called Cueva Marcos, Valdevimbre, 3km away.

Location was quite remote, 24km south of Leon on just off the freeway. Our satnav was incorrect on the address, but Google maps had the correct location. Could be a bit intimidating for some solo travellers. Very little English spoken, not a problem, but worth knowing. Some TV channels very adult.

Excellent cleanliness.

Very unusual, contactless motel. 50 rooms each comprising a garage with remote-controlled door and a large bedroom with en suite bathroom. it’s a bit like being in a convent and seriously ‘different’.

although somewhat quirky, the concept of driving your car into your own garage, then enetering your room from the garage is very good and secure. Room was very comfortable, large, and clean. 24hroom service using a kind of serving hatch from the interior of hotel direct to your room also works well.

The room was very comfortable, although the aircon isn't very effective.

I had money stolen from my bag whilst staying here. It's a motel where each room is accessed by an individual garage. Unfortunately my vehicle was too big to fit inside the garage so had to be parked outside. Also, if the garage door is open, you can't lock your room from the outside (you can lock it from the inside). I took my dog for a short walk at approximately 7am. I was absent from my room for about 15 minutes. The money was stolen during these 15 minutes so it can only have been done by someone watching for me to leave my room.I messaged the hotel when I discovered the money was missing, they didn't respond.

The hotel was lovely and clean inside and out , the staff were excellent and very helpful and very easy to find just of the motorway we wanted.

The staff had no knowledge of English whatsoever and my basic Spanish was no help.Food was very, very basic and we felt that if we asked for anything such as the albondigas or the lasagne it would have been microwaved and therefore totally unpalatable.We were led to believe that there was an on-site cafeteria, which proved to be untrue as the food was ordered by telephone and served through a rotating drum in the wall of the room. You had to eat sitting at the desk in the corner of the room. This resulted in us feeling akin to prisoners in a cell.The chairs provided in the room were basic hard plastic and extremely uncomfortable.We had private parking in a garage, which was integral to the room and the only way in or out of the room was via the garage and the only way to lock the room was by closing the garage from the inside, and again resulted in us feeling trapped like prisoners in a cell. This also resulted in the overheating of the room as the air conditioning condenser unit vented into the garage, thereby short circuiting the efficiency of the system and making it totally ineffective. The room was therefore unbearably hot and the air con system was extremely noisy. We could not wait to get out as soon as possible the next morning and would never recommend anybody to stay at this motel.We felt that the details for this establishment on Booking.com were totally misleading and you would have to be insane to want to stay there.In addition to the above we were extremely shocked to see that condoms and lubricating gel were available in the instruction menu and how do you explain that to an inquisitive child?There was a review which said there were pleasant gardens, which was totally erroneous, the gardens were a mess and very unkempt.
