Accommodating staff, comfortable room, central location. Thumbs up all around.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Helped us park our motorcycles is a secure room. Very nice lounge. Whoever designed the common area has an eye for detail. Room was excellent. Comfy beds. Enjoyed walking around checking out the historical buildings.

Really clean, nice place in a very convenient location. We could park the car across the street (there is also a nearby car park available). We were welcomed warmly. I definitely recommend the place !

No negatives or room for improvement

Perfectly appointed hotel room, spotlessly clean and spacious, in the centre of the wonderful village of St Joan des Abadesses. Attentive staff and easy check-in and check out .

The hotel was clean, recently renovated. We had a triple room but it was very small , the pillows very uncomfortable and although we wanted to have breakfast but it was impossible . Two days in a row they told us that they had no food only coffee .

Door lock was in transition between key and card, I needed a tiny bit of help to open the first time.

Modern hotel, well design, good breakfast, all perfect, worth to visit - I recomend :)

Wonderfully decorated and with top-class beds. Friendly and professional staff, effortless check-in possible even while hotel is closed. Fantastic breakfast with local sausages and cheese :-)

Immediately after we checked in (~13:00) the receptionist was gone and there was no one left to answer our questions, and they didn’t answer our WhatsApp messages which they initially used to confirm. We stayed in the middle of the week in the beginning of October and the hotel completely failed to mention that no restaurants serve food for dinner at this time of year and thus had nowhere to eat. Had we known, we would have taken an apartment with a kitchen or gone to a different town to stay.We were booked for 2 nights but after our first night experience we checked out early. Also, there are no amenities to make your own food/hot drinks if needed.

We got the family apartment which is located on the 4th floor of the hotel.The apartment is very big, well maintained and comfortable. It contains a fully equipped kitchen three bedrooms each with a double bed, a big living room and a large terrace there are also two bathrooms.It was very clean and a housekeeping was daily. Supermarket is one minute walking and there is plenty of parking nearby. Beautiful Vall de Núria is only 20 minutes drive away

Difficult to find food in the area and no food options at the hotel itself. The only decent restaurant la estava at plaza mayor must be booked in advance or you’d be left without food to go to bed.
