A more approachable and cheerful demeanor would significantly enhance the guest experience. I hope management addresses this, as first impressions are crucial.

It's a very cute hotel in an amazing area. Ideal to disconnect & relax.
It would have been nice to see a smile in Reception. We couldn't have dinner after a long drive because we didn't book it.
Not a lot
Reception staff were very frosty and unhelpful. The man behind the bar was very helpful and gracious. The food was somewhere between bad and inedible. The artichoke salad was a joke and the fillet was inedible. Don't mention the breakfast this was refused. The room was so small and the view was of table legs and chairs from the bar seating. Altogether a bad experience made worse by the frosty woman staff.
The room was a good size although it could do with a little update... The thermal circuit in the Spa was excellent after a few long days walking in the hills. The staff were all helpful and friendly.
The food was not of the highest quality but it was OK as there were few alternatives nearby.
Everything was really phantastic: superior room with balcony to the river, opulent dinner and the hour we spent in the thermal spa. Will surely come again next spring.
