    Pros +

    • The view from the terrace was great. The staff were very kind.
    • Great location w views. Charming. Quiet. Excellent breakfast.
    • Excellent hotel in a town close to Madrid renowned for its roast suckling pig. The town is made almost entirely of stone (thus, its name) and is a medieval castle town with very few permanent inhabitants but tons of especially Spanish guests who come to enjoy its famous restaurants. Fine hotel, very lovely, with gardens out back and fine breakfast.

    Cons -

    • The paint on the ceiling of the bathroom was coming off, and the rooms are not at all sound proof. You can definitely hear other people in the rooms at times.
    • Restaurants in town almost all close in mid-week.
    • You had to book breakfast the day before

The beauty of the building and its coziness. Room was clean, spacious with good lighting. Bathroom was also clean. We enjoyed the tranquility of the area and its amenities. They provided easy check in and out.

It's not possible to park by the hotel or any other area in this small medieval city, but there's plenty of parking space near the castle. It helps to plan how to get there as streets are narrow and some are one-way only.

Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety. Location was excellent. Staff was excellent. Facility was beautiful. Ample public parking (the only option in this walled medieval city) was a few blocks away along a cobblestone street, but you could park briefly outside the hotel to load or unload luggage.

Elevator wasn't working the last two days. They were waiting for a part.

We liked the place very much, we spent three nights here. Pedraza is quite touristic - either empty or crowded depeding on the day. The hotel is neat, the breakfast is good, the view is fantastic from the balcony. The atmosphere is very special, I personally liked the soft music always on in the lobby.

No electric kettle in the room. Staff speak poor English - but we solved it out by using translator app + lots of smiling. Not a big problem.

Perfect location with excellent views across the hills. Comfortable room and very comfortable bed. Very helpful staff.Good choice for breakfast with very good quality ingredients.

The location. The garden. The views of the garden

The room I got was in the ground floor. The amount of money we paid I think was worth of a better bedroom. I was expecting one of the rooms in the 1st or 2nd floor, which had terrace with greate views. Aparently those are much more expensive, which honestly, I don't think is a fair price

We were greeted warmly and our questions answered about the village, parking etc. and provided with a very interesting audio guide to download The hotel is in an excellent location in a beautifully preserved medieval walled village. Fantastic attention to detail was demonstrated throughout the spotlessly clean hotel. Our room was very comfortable with high-quality towels and bedding. From our balcony, we could watch a stork building a nest just a few yards away.

    Absolutely nothing!

Lovely, comfortable, clean Hotel with great views from the lounge. Only a few minutes walk to the Castle and main square. We were able to park outside the hotel and unload our bags. We parked at the castle overnight which was free. Very good breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. We visited in February and our room and the hotel was heated well which we welcomed as it was cold and wet outside.

Location was great, room was spacious and clean

Too expensive for the type of hotel - not luxurious, old furniture, old bathroom. It’s like paying for hotels in Madrid but in the countryside

The perfect place to stay in Pedraza! Cosy place, good breakfast, nice rooms, and they provide an audioguide to walk around Pedraza.

    Not much to say here-

Very comfy beds. Stunning views. Excellent big breakfast.

A total delight. Excellent hotel, super clean, great breafast, great wifi, lovely room with balcony and views. One of the nicest hotels imaginable and at a very decent price.

We should have figured out better how to drop our bags off when we arrived as the village car par is a bit of a slog from the hotel. Don't make he same mistake we did it is actually very easy to stop a moment and avoid carrying luggage in the hot sun.

    10JonathanPosted on: 6-26-2023

We had a wonderful room overlooking the valley. We could almost reach out and touch a stork's nest! Great view. Comfortable room. Great breakfast. Manager very helpful.

    10SandersPosted on: 10-21-2022

The host was absolutely fantastic (Jorje, I think?) and the hotel is beautiful. Clean, well equipped, quiet and smart. Would happily stay there again

Only small issue were the low rafters in our room, ss I kept hitting my head. That's a very very very minor complaint though.

Perfect location and the room and staff were lovely. breakfast was yummy and the town is a must see!

    Everything was great.

absolute historical boutique hotel which on par with luxury boutique hotel service, detail & cleanliness.

The only thing I could think of is the towels are placed on bidet washing cover
