Location is great, staff was ok, food is very good.

The walls are made of paper. You can hear every step on the hallway or anythaing that happens in the every room, at any time. Couldn't sleep even with the pillow over my head.

The room was tiny. We were three in a room for 4 and didn’t have space for even placing the suitcases.The safe box didn’t have battery and one of the TVs didn’t work.

Big spacious room. Shower was good. Location and decor were lovely.

Overall a pretty good stay. I wouldn't quite rate it a 3 star hotel, it felt dated to us. But the beds were comfortable, it was fairly clean and breakfast was a nice addition. It did feel alittle over priced for what it was though. However we did appreciate the location.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. Rooms were a bit small.

Good location, bathroom facilities were great.

Room was super small and got uncomfortably hot with no AC. Worst check in experience I've ever had, as no one was at reception despite a sign in saying someone should be there, and staff ignored me when I tried to get their attention at the adjacent restaurant. All in all waited about 45 minutes till staff at the restaurant finally came over to help me check in at reception. Worst part is they were not even apologetic about it. This would never happen in the US. Not sure if this is normal for Spain.

Proximity to the centre, just a few minutes walk to Restaurants and Bars! Easy to Park, very good English Breakfast.

Spectacular location, really nice room with a covered balcony, great view. Excellent breakfast.

Quite a pleasant hotel but NOT dog 'friendly'

The hotel was listed as dog friendly. It's only dog tolerant. They charge an extra 10 eu if you have a dog. But dogs not to be left alone in the bedroom and dogs are not allowed in any other than the outdoors dining area. So how are you supposed to get anything to eat in the hotel! Also, when I accidentally walked my dog through the dining area (i'd gone in the wrong door) I got a very stroppy member of staff almost shouting at me.

The food was great and the location is nice.

Room was a little bit small and noise from other room is audible.

I liked the variety and the speed of the personnel.Things were godd and well served. Personnel was friendly and smiling.

Huge balcony, bed and a nice clean room. Breakfast was superb

Very clean, comfortable, well situated and has an excellent restaurant. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Rooms were lovely, cosy reception and great restaurant. Receptionist was extremely helpful and gave us loads of information. Restaurant was great and good value for money. Staff in restaurant were also really kind, friendly and professional.

Room was above restaurant and quite noisy until restaurant closed. Ask for room on second floor to avoid this problem.

Unbeatable food. Very friendly staff. Stunning nature as its best. Impeccable room service.

I am sad about having only 11 days there. Next time, we will be more time.
