- It doesn’t really have any ski comforts and soft furnishings - it feels a little cold. Super basic. The rooms are very hot so it’s necessary to turn the radiators off. The town of Cerler is very small with only 5 restaurants so it’s impossible to get a table anywhere at the weekend without a reservation. Dinner at the hotel is very average. The ‘spa’ is a couple of hot tubs and 3 showers with only one member of staff doing everything - including the facials and massages. So my facial was interrupted several times due to staff member needing to tend to other guests. The ‘spa’ should be adults only.
- Some smell may come from the sewage and it is probably not unique to the building. They should look into it.

We liked absolutely everything - the room, the breakfast, the pool, the location.. And the best was Borja at the reception who recommended us two very good hikes that we enjoyed a whole lot. Thank you, Borja!!
Amazing views and close to start of walk trail. Pool was handy in the heat of August. Situated at the highest part of Cerler.
Room was smallish but adequate. No A/C but a glass door onto terrace.

Family atmosphere and quite. Very comfortable room, nice stuff, good prices at the bar, zone for kids, swimming pool. Perfect view for the mountains and good base for hiking.
As a coffee drinker I’d suggest to replace “American style” coffee for an express during breakfast.

Amazing setting. Very modern and comfortable but adapted to the local architecture. The members of staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and very good value. Great outdoor swimming pool area with amazing views.

Logistics from the parking of the hotel to the room Hotel needs a bit of refurbishment in the common areasPersonnel of the reception not very commited (there was a heavy snow fall the day we had to return and we specifically enquired about the state of the road in the descent from Cerler to Benasque. They said everything was ok due to the snow removal machines work and we decided to start the trip. The result, no work at all from the snow removal, 40cm of snow in the road and harsh times to go down the road to Benasque despite the 4x4 vehicle we were driving)
