Staff were very kind and friendly. Thay noticed that it was my birthday and gave me a little cake with candle for dinner. Awesome.

A rather grandiose hotel. Wish I could have stayed longer. Service is excellent. Breakfast and dinner are included and served in a large room with classical music playing. There's a bar, too. In front of the hotel there's a beautiful park with a fountain. It's very close to the drinking hall and there's plenty of other things to do, some of which are included in the price.

Imagine a splendid hotel from the Austro-Hungarian era. High ceilings, magnificent chandeliers, and a bar staff that is exceptionally professional and refined. It’s a bygone era captured in the beautiful Grand Hotel. The food is excellent and diverse. The room on the third floor was clean and tranquil. In the enchanting park in front of the hotel, there is a music pavilion. Every morning and afternoon in early August, they play classical music—Strauss, Vivaldi, and the like. It feels as if you’re transported to another time. We felt truly relaxed. It was fantastic!

It might be time for the sauna facilities to undergo renovation or updating. There are three Finnish saunas and one Turkish sauna available. While they are all functional and clean, they do feel somewhat outdated.

Everything I came for was just perfect; I did not use all facilities, but I enjoyed the hotel itself, surrounding, park, wide area for a person to stay alone, read and rest..

Amazing faded grandeur. An experience. Lovely gardens and friendly staff. A lovely premium room although carpet needs replacing. A beautiful area to drive around. I visited the castle at Dvor Velika Tabor and Celje.

For an out of the way place, some organised activities would be good. A pianist at the grand piano? Maybe just not the weekend I stayed? Mainly elderly people like me. Only ever 1 or 2 in the mineral baths, sauna etc. Needs vitalising. However a wow experience not available at home.

Property is really clean, wellness is great and have everything you need. Breakfast and dinner were amazing.

The food was ok and the room was specious. Nice area for a walk around.

The room was too hot because the heating system was obviously damaged. We were given a room near some air conditioning units or machinery that produced loud noise all night, which made it difficult for me to sleep. The bed was also uncomfortable.The pool was too small for such a large hotel, and the sauna was always crowded, leaving no space for relaxation. I had a massage at the spa, which was the most terrible experience. It felt like the masseuse was just applying oil rather than providing a proper massage. The session lasted less than 20 minutes and cost over 30 EUR.When we were leaving, no one at the reception asked about our stay at the hotel or showed any interest in our experience. They just took our money and said goodbye. I regret not complaining about our stay because they truly deserved the feedback

The room was nice and the staff was exceptional.

The pool is smaller than in the photos, not all saunas worked. There are no additional towels at the gym nor the spa. You also get a cup for the sauna area with only water and one variety of tea.

Nice Place to stay for a Weekend. Friendly Staff, great location.
