- I didn’t like that I couldn’t find the free breakfast advertised, and the area where the breakfast was supposed to be. It was dirty and had dishes everywhere. It was impossible to find the pool that was listed on the site. I also felt it was very hard to get any help. There is no staff present at one point I called the main number and no one picked up several times. The initial check in we didn’t have a code to get into the building or into our rooms. We had to call customer service and had gotten late at night and it was a huge inconvenience.

No reception, hard to get in, check in app is bad, first they give me room that was dirty and cleaning didnt clean it from last guest, payed for big duble bed room getting small one...
Spacious, clean & well located for eating out & evening walk.

I asked in advance for a room close to the elevator banks my wife is handicapped, completely blind moving around is a tough job but we always get er done but could of been much better im in room 480 long distance from elevator could have at least tried to give us something better than that It also said ample parking what it didn’t say was city owned and $30 a day Boo boo on you guys Terrible way to misblead the handicapped

I arrived after midnight and was able to check-in without any issues.
