Zebula Boutique Hotel

The staff were great.

The rooms are in desperate need of a refresh. The bathroom specifically was not a luxury/boutique hotel standard. The walls were visibly dirty. The bed was comfortable but the room was just not clean. The walls, the mini fridge and the patio all need a really good clean and paint.

Great service, rooms were always clean. Friendly staff. Dinner's were amazing.

More variety for breakfast.

Beautiful setting, Spacious room and so very peaceful. Amazing golf course. easy to get around and explore.Jacuzzi was very good once we knew it was working. Fantastic staff on the golf course and pro shop.

Small little repairs that needed/should have been done.Loose door frame, Loose bug screen, no batteries in the aircon remote, aircon not really working(not getting cold), loose tap handle. Jacuzzi wasn't working until we checked it on the last day.

Location is great, room clean and spacious.

Room was spacious. Bathrooms clean. Staff friendly.

Food portions were too big. It felt like eating at a pub. The bar fridge cupboard was dirty. They also need to clean under the beds. Need to have a user friendly shower gel decanter.

I liked the tranquility that comes with WB Hotel, after a long game of golf the dinner was on point and the breakfast was proper.

Not that much everything was good value for money.

We were not informed that meals are included in the price at any stage. Only when I went to pay the bill The TV didn't work, no hot water at the bath and air conditioner had water running down the wall.

The breakfast could be better. for the price we paid.

The service of the chef was very slow at breakfast time. one could wait 20mins for an ommelette

The atmosphere was vibrant from staff to guests. News Eve party was awesome!

The servicing of the room was really appalling especially when there are no towels on 2nd day and one had to request through reservation. To make matters worse, on the last night one towel was furnished for sharing!

The staff was very friendly, house keeping was also good and it was noise free

Beautifully setting, tranquil and peaceful. Love the location and the main hotel bar and restaurant is fantastic.

The accommodation could do with a little bit of an upgrade to keep it in line with the other areas. Bathrooms and rooms feel a little dated by comparison.

Not 5 star quality and did not live up to a 5 star expectation. Rooms were not clean, bathroom in the room looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in years. Missing light bulbs and cupboard doors falling off as the hinges were broken. Fridge was not clean. Hair dryer falling apart. Didnt get clean coffee mugs after the room had been cleaned each morning. Food was good but again not 5 star and ingredients out of stock. It was evident that there was a lack of general management and not enough staff to maintain the upkeep of a 5 star standard. Beautiful location and huge potential to be a stunning hotel.

The staff at Zebula Boutique Hotel was very friendly, helpful and professional. The food was the best!! Rooms are beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again

I didn’t like the game drive, because some of the animals showed on the website, e.g elephants, zebras, we did not see them.

Incredible facilities. Amazing Wildlife. Maintenance of the Units needs attention. Chef Alex Luwani is incredible. Jabulani Shange should be promoted to General Manager of the Hotel, and not just being the Barman - his service providing and Peoples's skill are exceptional. Phillip, Steven, Heindrick 1, Hendrick 2, and Aaron all need to be highly commended.

Maintenance of the Units as well as other facilities. The Urinal in the main building has been leaking for weeks, wasting water. Jabulani reported iton numerous occasions, but General management is not adhereing to his call.
