Coral Divers

Nothing the cabin was too small, the fan is a big no no no they need air conditioners to all cabins .

I didn't like every thing more especially the additional excess of R400+- .R200 you pay at the gate and R200 at the venue.

We liked the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. And the cleaning ladies were a bonus, because the room got very dirty after the rain.

A kettle and cups would have been nice for that early first cup of coffee in the morning. And also a small table and chairs on the stoep.

Loved the location, accommodation and facilities

Booked a double room and had to use public bathroom. Double room indicated a private bathroom on booking.com but no private bathroom.

I did not order anything.

The message on the app said the parking fees of R130 per night was included in my booking but they made me pay that amount when I arrived there.

Best location for diving, Food is very good and lots of choice, Braai area is really nice! Very good value for money.

We felt the divemasters could have been a bit more attentive during the pre-dive and during the dive and do a post-dive briefing.

Facilities are clean. The kitchen is big, the restaurant serves good food (cocktails not so good). The staff at the front desk are very friendly.

I must complain about the diving experience. I specifically must say that during my stay diving conditions were horrible and my compliance is not about that, as nature is unpredictable and this is no one faults.I felt at times a bit lost and more information could have been provided better for my fun dives. For instance, when the first dive was cancelled (due to weather) at around 8 am, not one single person told me what was going on with the later dives. I was simply sitting in the dive camp at the bay, and everyone just ignored me. When also the second dive was cancelled, again nobody informed me about that not even the dive master who would have gone with me on the first dive. I had to wait unnecessarily for the later shuttle bus to bring me back. Moreover, I had to inform myself my partner who was at the accommodation that her snorkeling would be also cancelled as I felt like nobody would do that. Also before the dive day, nobody informed me that there would be a little camp at the bay where I could have left my belongings.My suggestion: tell the divers that you bring them to a camp with a cafe nearby. Also tell them that you will hop on a inflated speed boat to enter the rough sea and briefing will be done on the boat etc. And if dives are cancelled tell the corresponding divers that the was cancelled and that they can take the best shuttle back.

Location and facilities were great. Although it was self catering, there were options to have a meal in the restaurant. Very well equipped for self catering. Close to the beach. Accommodation very comfortable and great shower

There were no mirror in the room. It was difficult to use a hairdryer without a mirror.

Accommodation is basic but functional. Kitchen facilities are great with all utensils you may require and no washing of dishes as this is all done for you. Fridge and freezer facilities are also available The braai area is spacious and a lovely area to socialise. If you don't want to self cater the restaurant is available with various choices.

Make sure you do not keep food in your cabin as the monkeys are a problem but being a nature reserve you just have to be vigilant.

Convenience, friendliness of staff

Other guests that break the rules creating some unpleasantness. E.g. smoking and dropping cigarette butts. There are designated areas and there are bins for the butts but entitled and inconsiderate smoking and dropping butts everywhere.

Lots of shade. Well positioned chalets. Ample parking. Friendly staff. Nice restaurant and reasonable prices.

Great location for diving. Comfortable rooms, good value for money.

My husband’s room didn’t have hot water and my son’s water was too hot! Apart from that, no complaints

the D camp rooms are more spacious with en suite bathrooms and tea / coffee making facilities and a small fridge! the communal kitchen is well organised and clean and the convenience of being in the park is amazing. communal barbeque areas are great for meeting other people too. Mseni lodge ( part of Coral) stunning views and delicious meals!! Coral also has breakfast and dinner options too. super convenient!

Amazing accommodation as well as main hall had everything you need

The wifi was very slow and i could bairly get ahlod of anyone on the wifi.
