Our venue is pet-friendly for well-behaved, social dogs of all sizes. To ensure a safe and wonderful stay for everyone, please adhere to the following guidelines. Before You Arrive: Pre-Approval Required: Please clear all pets with management before booking. Breed Restrictions: Certain breed restrictions apply and must be vetoed by the establishment prior to arrival. Around the Property Leash Policy: Dogs must be on a lead during arrival and walks until they are comfortable with other guests, dogs, and our tame pigs and goats. Off-Leash Freedom: Dogs may be off-lead inside your private cottage garden. They may also be off-lead outside only if they are fully social and closely supervised by an owner to prevent chasing. Cottage Care: Furniture & Beds: Pets are strictly not allowed on beds or furniture. Protect the Linen: Our red clay soil stains easily. Please use personal throws to cover bed edges and settees for muddy paws. Chewing: Please ensure your pets do not chew or damage the furniture Thank you for helping us keep our venue safe and beautiful for all guests!Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Dear visitor, we're currently experiencing drought conditions within this region. Please be aware that certain properties will need to comply with local water usage restrictions. A damage deposit of ZAR 500.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of checkout via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
