Cons -
- Lack of attention to detail with cleanliness. Lots of dust around windows and base of formerly sliding doors.
- No room service available. Housekeeping that just unlocked my door to service the room whilst I was still busy dressing. Overcrowded breakfast facility which made me decide to leave without breakfast.

Had 2 HUGO boss t-shirts stolen from my suitcase in the room and when when I made the formal complaint to the duty manager I got very little back. First time in 14yrs travelling somebody has stolen directly from my suitcase. Very poor!
