It’s incredibly beautiful

Dining hall needs an upgrade. Looks a bit sad. Some activities for teens would be welcomed.

The parking need to be improved

The parking is too far. You neeg to get Golf cat to transport people from parking to reception

Very lovely nature. Excellent hiking possibilities. Buffet style restaurant.

The room was very spacious and well equipped with excellent views of the mountains. The food was also incredible

The music in the dining room

The location was great for all the different hikes, many fun activities for the family. Food was great.

Gym was outdated and dining hall furniture.

Golf course is in poor condition

Excellent location for dramatic views and hikes in the Drakensberg. A great choice for an intergenerational or family friend holiday. The gentle buck that wonder the grounds are a lovely touch. The buffet was excellent and the staff extremely pleasant.

I found the website misleading when it comes to the kids club and related kids activities. The kids club only runs on school holidays which was disappointing as we wanted to do some longer hikes without the children but couldn't. The activities they put on for the children over the Easter weekend also felt a little half-hearted.

Everything! Breathtaking views and location. There are so many activities that you have a full day, from hiking to swimming. The staff and facilities exceeded our expectations. We couldn't have asked for a better breakaway. We will be back next year.

Beautiful surroundings, wildlife, facilities, beautiful hiking trails. Great staff, Joseph and "why not" Wiseman so welcoming and attentive, actually the staff were just lovely! Travelling through a lovely local town to get there was very special to see.

a little dated however this also adds to the charm of the hotel. a bit of a gravel road in parts to get there.

Perfect location, at the mercy of the weather. Beautiful rooms and very clean. Staff are very welcoming, accommodating and courteous.

Wow, I saw beauty of nature. This is the most beautiful place I've ever seen. It's amazing. Food was divine. My room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly. I had a fantastic stay. I will definitely come back.

Great location very clean with lovely staff and lots of facilities - nice traditional feel.

Food, room was amazing, views, hike to the falls, service was top notch. There was also things to do in the resort like pool tables etc.

There's nothing really that I did not like. I think their public toilets could be cleaner. Oh and the parking is quite far, so have an umbrella for rainy days
