Location and the view

Dirty and old. No hot water all the time. Only for 3 minutes the Heater not working in some rooms. Also no portable heater.

The location is superb. Room is very nice and amenities is great. Perfect for a short or long term stay.

Great food but reserve dinner in advance to guarantee a table.

We had a wonderful stay at Brenton Haven! Everything from the spacious, well-designed rooms to the delicious food exceeded our expectations. The views were stunning, the property was immaculate, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended for a relaxing and scenic getaway!

This is a self catering hotel and not a regular hotel with room service and all (something i missed to read when booked) but having said that it has a well equipped kitchenette so no issues. The location and peace full environment. had booked a 2 bedroom villa - the smallest villa i have ever seen, it was very compact. There was an issue with the villa allotted to me (something about the air con), but i was offered a suite (spacious) instead in the main building which was nicer than the villa. Staff was polite and courteous and we enjoyed the stay. Very nice and friendly locals. 2 restaurants and 2 delis around the hotel.

The villa pix are kind of misleading, i thought the villas open on the beach but they have a diagonal sea view from the patio. Glad that we were given a option to switch the room. The water was muddy through out the stay so we could not use the bathtub, the maintenance said the pump had some issue and tried to fix it but no use, then we were told the main municipal water line was busted and every one in brenton was facing this problem. All in all a great place to stay cz of the amazing location

It is next to the beach and offers a great view and feeling of the ocean, the ocean sounds are so relaxing.The place is quiet and peaceful.

The bed matress was hard and bedroom A/C was not working.

The location is exceptional. Food and service at Blu Restaurant was excellent, with good value for money

Bedroom was a bit small

The restaurant was above our expectations, and management went out of their way to make my mother feel special on her 89th birthday - thank you

View was amazing, we were unlucky with the weather so didn't get to the beach!

The bed was very hard and the pillows lumpy. Bathrooms are tiny - a bath would have been amazing. I feel the bathrooms could do with an upgrade. The hot water took ages to get warm - in a water scarce area, that is a huge waste of water.

The view is excellent and access to the beach is great.

The price is really expensive for the facilities that's provided in the unit. I did expect more based on what I paid.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The views from our unit were stunning, and walking out to the beautiful, sunny beach was truly breathtaking.

The room was spacious and well equipped,with spacious balcony to enjoy the view-we absolutely loved it, We had a lovely sea view

The view from our room was slightly obscured by the restaurant roof - not a big deal thoughThe bed was hard,like really hard, it just didn't move to the shape of one's body and for me,it just was uncomfortable

The view was amazing, and the place was very clean. There is a small deli on the property where you can get drinks, pizza, lunch, and breakfast. The Butterfly Blue restaurant has the most amazing sunset view and very good food—very high standards.

The location is what makes this property special.

The WiFi wasn’t working. Our electric gate didn’t work. The gate to the facilities area didn’t close and banged very loudly all night.

Brenton Haven offered me and my husband the best holiday experience ever, the room was super clean and the food was delicious. Staff are also very friendly

Outstanding setting with fantastic views and direct beach access.

Service in the restaurant could be a bit snappier - it took a quite a while for meals to arrive even when there were few patrons and also to ask for our bill at the end. The food was great though.

Modern resort with a main block and a selection of additional accommodation all situated overlooking a stunning beach. The room in the main block was well appointed with en-suite bedroom, kitchen diner, lounge area and outside veranda. There is an on site restaurant serving good food.

The lift does not go to all floors in the main building

Views were lovely, room was amazing

The walk down and back up to the beach was impossible if you have mobility problems, which I didn’t see on either booking.com or the Brenton haven beach website
