Location / good staff / design/ perfect place to stay for a family

Toilet being so close to the wall , no clothes drying ( hanging line in the toilet) , would recommend the water pressure in the shower and toilet to be stronger

The room size and the sofa was very comfortable

Toooooo much noisy so we could it sleep the whole day No insulator, we felt the people in the next room sitting in our roo

Room condition: the toilet utilities was in bad condition and some of it was broken.Stuff: the stuff response was too slow and that was surprising because the hotel was not fully busy.Beds mattress was not clean.

Amazing place and Room. Ms. Aya was very kind and polite. I was treated very well at the hotel reception.

Bad experience

The hotel does not meet the standards of a five star property. The price is high compared to the quality, and it does not deserve its rating. Staff attitude is poor, and they lack professionalism and proper customer support.The room cleanliness was very bad. Curtains were dirty with visible stains. The carpet was old and unclean. The mattress had a bad smell. The bathroom was dirty and the water pressure was weak. Towels were not clean and had hair on them. There were old tissues under the bed. The cups in the room were very old. The snacks provided as amenities were not suitable for consumption.There was constant noise. The entire room was dusty. I even saw a cockroach on the bed. Room service food was very poor and overpriced. Room service was slow and required repeated follow ups.I have never experienced this many issues in any hotel. This was one of the worst stays I have had.

The hotel is very nice and clean, our room was massive actually, the restaurant for breakfast has all the options for food and it’s at the hall anyway , great locationThe staff was so friendly, from the very beginning they made our stay so easy , big Thanks to receptionist Khadijah she was extremely helpful and friendly.

Worse experience

Service is very slow, our refrigerator not working and too much noisy because of the pool cafe.. for sure i am not coming back again

Fidge didn't work

The staff were very kind and helpful, checkin & Out was quick special thanks to SAYED. On first floor, the pool table and table tennis helps. Location Close to the mall was a plus.

Breakfast was ok, but there is not much variety, the cue for eggs was long and took lot of time to serve.The Cinema Theatre NOVO in the Mall didn't have many options so that was a big minus.

The room is modern and spacious , connected to one of the largest malls in Doha . Staff are friendly and supportive, and the variety of food in the breakfast is excellent ?

The wireless Internet in the rooms is very weak and terrible. Even smart systems in TV are not working ( YouTube)

It is attached to the Mall. The staff are very friendly. The mattress was comfortable.

The pressure of the water in the shower was weak. Could not change my room. I wnated my mother to be on the same floor with us because she is old.Could not checkout late.

The room was very clean and wide , and the self parking was available everywhere. The staff were very customer oriented, connected to the biggest shopping mall .
