Pros +
- It was a nice large room, clean and comfortable but the bathroom wasn't great. Hot water took forever to come, shower head didn't have a proper holder and bath tap was wobbly in the wall.I would call it a 3 star, not 4 star.
- Lovely out the way location in an old Manor House nice architecture, large room clean and tidy. Helpfully changed booking day ?

Cons -
- It was cold, even air con turned up, hardly heated the room. Staff were absent for most of the time, had to use a what’s app user to get assistance. Breakfast was 8:30, I think Jessica turned up after another text at about 5 to 9. Not the best breakfast either, well maybe it turned up after a bowl of cereals and coffee machine milk ?
- Didn't like being overcharged for an inadequate evening meal absolute rip off I would of eaten in Mimosa on the iC1 had I not been lied to about there restaurant being open If your not operating to capacity then tell people.. Doubt writing this will make any difference
- There was anybody at reception and we had to wait for someone to come. The restaurant wasn’t open and was really difficult to find a place for a dinner.

This hotel is wonderful, so friendly and helpful staff, everything is clean and there was a cosy fireplace downstairs and the staff made a vegetarian meal for me even though is was only meat on the meny.
Quiet place in the middle of nowhere. Clean and comfortable.
There was anybody at reception and we had to wait for someone to come. The restaurant wasn’t open and was really difficult to find a place for a dinner.
We liked the beautiful pool area. The room was a good size with its own patio. The restaurant next door made a custom vegan dinner for us.
No decaffeinated coffee in the morning no vegan options for breakfast.
The room had a beautiful wide balcony with a truly gorgeous view. Since it is a remote location, there is basically no noise, so it felt calm and relaxing. The house where the hotel is located is quite distinguished.
The place is quite remote, and there is nothing much around it. The shower head does not stand in its place, which makes showering quite uncomfortable. The staff was polite but presented themselves in an unprofessional way, with dirty clothing. There was no breakfast served at the place, and the staff recommended we would eat something at a cafe next door. It overall felt very unprofessional.
Size of the suite was great. Air conditioner worked well once we figured it out.
Pool was dirty/green, only 1 pool when booking.com says 2, staff couldn’t find reservation and was very rude. Hard to find entrance to hotel from road, poor signage.
Friendly staff. The bedroom was clean and large. Close to the A2 which was advantageous.
Good to get in to and clean and tidy staff good no problems
Door al way open and good was ok nice and quiet to
Restaurent close on Monday but the lady from reception open the kitchen at 22:00 and cook us a meal herself after a long day travel wich was really kind of her Great rooms very clean and comfy Car park 10/10I recomand it Don't hesitate
The main problem is the remoteness of everything. The Museum might help but was closed. The nearby restaurant did not open for dinner. The cafe was more like a coffee and wine place to attend football, surrounded by noisy fans. Being winter and cold nights even walking had to be a short experience. Even the hotel occupation: we were the only paying guests on a Saturday...
First that at the desk the nice Moldavian young people could not give accurate answers on places for eating and on the (un)availability of the Museum and Science Center for visiting.Second, the upper floor is not served by a lift, making difficult access for people with mobility problems;Last, having changed rooms to the ground floor, the bed had visibly been used by somebody.
The place feels and looks brand new, lots of space.Parking was very easy, free and secure.Somebody put a lot of effort to blend some history with a good quiet stay.
Google maps could not find the place, just continue the main road and you can not miss it. Not everyone spoke English. The restaurant around the corner was very simple and local people are very simple with the typical temperament of south Europe. Sometimes it feels they want to fight you, but actually they seek interaction and are your friend. But if you are tired from a long trip and do not speak Portuguese you might want to stay at you room. The hotel itself is a very good place!
Simpatia do staff, comida.
Zona, espaço e comodidades do hotel.
The welcoming staff.- Comfort, quietness and charm of the venue.- Restaurant and hotel in the same facility (we could eat in spite of a rather late arrival).
Maybe a little more pressure in the shower flow.Otherwise everything was perfect.
The hotel was clean and AC worked. It was cheap
Breakfast was a huge disappointment. At 12 euros per person, there was limited selection. We chose to have breakfast elsewhere the second day. The staff were scruffy (no uniforms worn) and not particularly friendly - especially the lady preparing breakfast - she was particularly grumpy.
Poor
Swimming pool was green and with Algae, it was not suitable for use. For sure this is not a 4 star hotel.
The fact that is on our way to the Algarve, in a very convenient location for a pit stop... I definitely will come back to explore the surrounding area. The facilities were great and the staff is super nice and friendly.
Terrible hotel, very poorly managed and providing contradictory information to their customers. Double booked our room so when we showed up, they said they had cancelled our reservation and there was no room available for us. This left us in a very precarious situation where we had nowhere to get ready in advance of our friends wedding and didn't have anywhere to sleep on that night. We had also pre-paid for the room and still haven't been reimbursed.
Very calm location, friendly staff and private parking.
