The location, ir was a litle bit isolated, but on the other way, was very peaceful and quiet

The breakfast. Coffee was with a strange flavor and some pastries had ants over it.

Everything is new and well-designed. The personal age friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed view during the breakfast - on the mountain and Seia.

Very big double bed, we fit 2 adults and 2 kids (2 and 4 years old) in the same bed, everything else was as very good price/quality.

The breakfast is ok. The location is convenient, just on the main road to Serra da Estrela. The view from the room is wonderful.

Sound insulation is bad. I can hear the TV and conversation of the neighbour rooms. So, I dared not switch on the TV or speak too loud. The room is a little bit small although there is a balcony.

The location is quiet and peaceful and outstanding in beauty. The staff were always helpful and nice. Great breakfast, very comfortable and clean room and a fun games room to spend some time.

Everything was more than expected.

Beautiful view. Great staff. The front desk worker saw that we missed breakfast so she brought us back to the lounge area and brought us out a bunch of different items to choose from. She went above and beyond.

Great spot with amazing view.Staff friendly and helpfull.Didn't spend too long in the hotel but was very quiet.Super close to Sabugueiro and Seia. Great place to stay if you're in the Serra.

Everything was pretty great.Maybe the breakfast could have a bit more local products but it did the job.

Wonderful and quite place located far away from noisy city. Great location and view from the windows. The room was very clean, quite and warm. This hotel has very polite and caring staff. Delicious breakfast and dinner.

Broken elevator and a walking platform uncleaned from grass and bushes. From the side of the mountain, the hotel area does not look as attractive as from the front.

The location of the hotel is the best. The evening meal was lovely & the wine was amazing.The staff & manager went out of their way to help us.We would love to stay here again.Thank you so much for all your help.

The room was very convenient. We were two adults and two pre-teen kids; the double room was very comfortable and practical (two bathrooms, 1 king size bed, and 2 single beds). Wonderful site and amazing staff.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was just regular. The place deserved something better, I believe.

Room and breakfast with a view to the mountains. Good location to go to the mountains and easy to find. Parking lot. Good shower.

Quite a few incidents: lift broke down and we were stuck in it for 15/20 min; first day it took a long time to have hot water. Although they tried to have several choices I was expecting a fresher breakfast with local produce - maybe it was because there were very few guests this time of the year / covid travel restrictions
