Breakfast was great, room was large and comfortable. Bathroom was large and had everything needed but could use an update; it was looking it's age.

In the attic room you need to watch your head but then that is the charm of the place.

Generally friendly staff and good service. Pool was good. TV worked well. Comfortable seats in lounge area. Gorgeous views.

No free coffee available except for breakfast time. The staff could've been slightly more organized at times but overall happy. Buffet dinner not value for money, although, good salad options for vegetarians. All cold and not much variety or flavour.

Excellent, well maintained hotel, perfectly positioned opposite the magical village of Piódão. Professional, courteous staff who went the extra mile to fulfil our varying dietary needs. The pool was clean and a great size and temperature for swimming laps. A huge thank you to Alexandra Vieira on reception who kindly arranged our onward transport as we did not have a car and it is impossible to use Bolt/Uber in this area as we discovered!

No complaints whatsoever

The hotel is in a great location, close to Piódão and with a nice view of the city.

Worst part for me was a music event they had at the hotel bar (that is in the lobby). Although it ended at 23h, the music was super loud and it lasted for hours. It was very disrespectful with the guests that wanted/needed to rest. Besides that, the building is a little bit old and needs some maintenance. The wifi was not working at all. And our room was not cleaned, even though we asked for it. Also take care with the “mountain view” - for some rooms that’s the parking lot.

The hotel and the room are in very poor maintenance, the shower is broken and the doors don't close, there is no way to make drinks in the room, the gym, sauna and Jacuzzi are closed.

The view from both their terraces is amazing. A view on the town for breakfast, and stargazing at night. The room was very spacious.

This hotel has a big swimming pool. It is placed in a beautiful location. Above the village of Piodao.The staff are very friendly and always ask if you need anything.Very comfortable seating.Alot of choice for breakfast and the dinner buffet has also got good choice in food.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. I wished that I had stayed longer in this beautiful location.

Wonderful hotel in the middle of nowhere with a spectacular view of Piodao! It's also a great place for hiking around the Piodao area.

Location. Extremely helpful staff both in providing information about the area and in quickly resolving a maintenance issue about our room (shower initially did not work).
