Green Mountain 5* Hotel

We stayed with my wife and our 9 month old son for 7 nights in this hotel and everything was absolutely perfect. I absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone. I can't say anything negative, everything was amazing - our room, super rich breakfast and dinner, incredibly large wellness area, hotel location, simply a perfect family vacation. We will definitely be happy to come back, because we enjoyed our stay to the fullest ????

It was very comfortable in the hotel during my entire stay. I couldn't tell whether the rooms around me were occupied by quiet guests or if the soundproofing was excellent, but nothing disturbed me during my two-night stay. I enjoyed the breakfast, which was included in the price. The hotel staff was hospitable and answered all the questions I had. Additionally, there are plenty of activities for kids. The natural surroundings of the hotel are amazing.

I was unable to properly configure the temperature on the thermostat. Setting it to 21.5 degrees resulted in a temperature of about 27 degrees within 30 minutes, so there was definitely something wrong with it. However, the weather outside was comfortable, so it was sufficient to just keep the windows open.

Location is great, rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast buffet is really nice, and dinner was amazing. Staff is very kind and friendly. Spa facilities nice and very clean. This is a great place if you are traveling with children - the bar in the evenings looked like a kindergarten party. If you are traveling for business or looking for a romantic escape, maybe another place would be more suitable.

It was cold and no one was able to fix the problem, water in the shower was too weak, breakfast is divided , so you need to select a time slot when you come for a breakfast - not something that you expect form 5* hotel

The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was pleasant and helpful.

The hotel was overcrowded and full of children, so you didn't enjoy much peace. Upon arrival, we waited about 40 minutes in front of the reception before the reception cleared a large line of people. At one point several dozen people arrived. Unfortunately, for a 5-star hotel, I would look for a little more service. The surprise was that breakfast and dinner are divided into groups (tours) and you have to choose when to gobreakfastI tour 7:30-9:00II tour 9:30-11:00dinnerI tour 16:00-18:00II tour 18:30-20:00But it was manageable, just a surprise in a 5 star hotel.

Location is great. Especially for those who like hiking in the mountains. Very close to highest mountain Śnieżka.

Staff, isn’t friendly. Especially at the a’la carte restaurant. Very long time of waiting on food (2 hours). The waitress discouraged us from placing an order. She didn't care that customers were leaving and the place wasn't full. The dishes for the three-person table were not served at the same time. One of the served dishes was not as ordered. During 2 hours of waiting none of the waitresses asked if they wanted to serve us something else to drink in the meantime. The staff was more interested in preparing tables for the morning breakfast and talking to each other than with the customers. Very poor for 5* hotel.

Like a "family hotel", we just missed microvawe for example next to elevators at each floors. We traveled with 5monts old baby and it was hard to warm the food for her.

Every year 10/10 . Be back next year . Outside pool is great ! Animations for kids are really great.

Restaurant Albero - througout 4yrs that we’re visiting Green Mountain is worse - every year. Need a proper italian Chef with a taste .

very noisy how is it possible that you are letting truck backing in the morning and beeping at 6 in the morning and definitely not 5* hotel, as well kids activities are not enough, small outdoor playground,

The SPA, despite being challenging to locate due to confusing internal signage, was visually appealing and featured a well-maintained sauna and pool which were enjoyable.

The rooms were uncomfortably small and under-equipped, particularly given the price. Essentials were lacking, such as sufficient toilet paper and napkins. The gym was also disappointing, with inadequate facilities and equipment.

Location is good if you are going to the mountains. We chose the hotel only because of the location close to Karkonoski Park Narodowy. I wish iI had read the reviews before booking this aweful hotel!!!

THIS IS NOT A 5-START HOTEL. MAXIMUM 3 STARS!!! AWEFUL OVERPRICED HOTEL!!!- Crowds of children. If you are a couple with no children, please do not go here. It's a nightmare. Lots of noise and screaming. At 11 am in the morning hotel animators turn on VERY LOUD MUSIC + microphone and entertain these children. We got an impression that we live in a children's camp but not in the hotel. - The room and the bed itself has insects, we suppose BEDBUGS!!! Our bodies were in the insects bites after lying in a bed! This is INSANE!!! - A very weak water pressure!!!- The restaurant 'Kuchnia po Polsku' has a very bad service. I'd say it does not have it at all. The food is poor and untasty. The same situation with Albero Restaurant. We ordered a beef broth of 39 zl and we got an aweful sbstance of water and soy sauce. After trying this soup my stomach was incredibly aching!- Breakfast is of low quality as well and the food is untasty. NEVER AGAIN!

1. Wi-Fi - it just doesn't exist on the 2nd floor. We had to call a personnel and they could enable it in one room through the TV.2. Restaurants are way below 5 star hotel. No service, long waiting time, mediocre food. Highly not recommending it to non locals.3. Staff was not able to find a tooth brush/paste, but it was on sale in spa area...

Good location close to hiking trails, nice nature, good breakfast and beautiful room with complimentary L’Occitane toiletries

Staff didn’t always speak English, lots of children, hotel is very family friendly so if you like more calm and quiet, this might be a problem. Dining options could be better.
