Beautiful old manor, very nice staff. The room was cute, the whole building was furnished in old style. Price/value ratio unbeatable.

We didn't find anything to criticize.

Very friendly staff. The environment, inside and outside, is beautiful with tasteful decor and peaceful atmosphere. Plentiful breakfast.

He need outside reconstruction. Waitress in bar was rude, because i am opened nonalcoholic schampagne for my daughter because we were there with our 13 mounts grandchild despite that i spend there around 1500 eur. So i expected that it would not problem

The food was great and the staff was always helpful. The garden/park was very spacious and peaceful. Although the hotel was full and a wedding and separate concert was happening there at the same time as our stay, there was enough space not to feel impacted by those events. The service in the restaurant was still smooth despite the various simultaneous events.

Beautiful park and pool area

It was infected with long-tailed silverfish (skjeggkre). They were found on the walls several places at night. I do not recommend staying here until the hotel has fixed this issue. These insects are disgusting and spread to your house if they go home with you in your luggage. Additionally the quality of the restaurant was poor, the food was promoted as high quality but this was not true. Food seemed pre prepared, the meat was very dry and it was too expensive compared to the standard.

Gorgeous country manor, with swimming pool and beautiful surroundings. Very good breakfast, beautiful interior. Overall amazing experience.

The spa was only opened from 5PM and was closed already at 9PM.

Staff (mainly in the restaurant) seemed undertrained. It was overall a bit chaotic, lagging, and unprofessional. Our waiter wasn’t table trained, and was unqualified to recommend a wine selection, while waitresses were perplexed at having to assemble a mojito, as if working behind a bar for the very first time. The only menus they had were in Polish, and were paper non-laminate form. Tragedy. This hotel has great potential, but lacks attention in detail. Peeling wallpaper and janky curtain fixtures made out of PVC tube set (see attached pictures), fell extremely short to what a 4* hotel experience should look like. We would rate it a solid 3 stars. The price was not reflective of service and food quality. The outdoor jacuzzi and pool was very basic, and you’d have been charged extra for the use of, as well as the sauna.

The location was great, the staff always friendly and helpful and you should not miss the restaurant. We did have a very nice time there and Wrocław is not too far away.

The furniture and interior was a bit old, but this did not have a negative effect on the overall experience.

Perfect breakfast, good dinner. A pet-friendly place with benefits for dogs (like some tasty stuff and facilities). Historical atmosphere with the feeling of living in an old castle.

No conditioning in the room. It was very warm outside and if you opened the windows - you'd find a room full of insects.

Amazing pool view, perfect for sunbathing and playing with kids by the pool. The hotel premises are big and it creates a feeling of privacy and room to wander around.

The only area of improvement would be the service quality and friendliness of welcoming staff.

Amazing hotel! It is designed with love, so I was curious with dozens of specific old-times details. It also means that the rooms interior is also old school-ish, but in a nice, atmospheric way. Relaxation next to the swimming pool is fantastic as the view is so nice! It has a Tuscany vibe and gives so much aesthetic pleasure. You can ask for the pool towels on reception The service is awesome! Hospitality of the stuff team makes you feel as a special guest. Moreover, I forgot my charger in the room and ladies helped me and sent it to me via the post <3 Good bonus- the hotel has a charger for electric cars!

All was great! Oh! Remembered one detail worth to be mentioned - It was a wedding at the day we stayed the hotel. So we had to close the swimming pool fun earlier, as that area is close enough to the wedding ceremony spot
