Breakfast was good and tasty, many zones on the pool, friendly staff
During our stay in the hotel was some team-building or private party with load music and noise till 2 a.m., which didn't let us to sleep. No soundproof at all, you will hear everything from the corridors and rooms next to you. In the morning around 6:30 we were woken up by a machine that cleans the snow under the window. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, better choose some other place
Breakfast is really good. Location super for me; one side the main park, the other side the forest- the fresh air, the parking for free.
No rehabilitation massage therapist. It would be good to add an infrared sauna.

Carpet with plenty of patches, definitely old enough to be replaced. I'm sure it was cleaned but impossible to removed those dirty patches from the carpet, very visible in the evening lights.
