Spa, helpful staff and free parking

the breakfast wasn't quite to my liking, and it was a bit disappointing that dinner opportunity wasn't available. Also, the construction on the first floor was noticeable, and the rooms seem a little tired.

The hotel was easy to find using Google maps. Appeared clean with interesting deco. The receptionist was friendly enough, though she spoke minimal english, so there was not much off conversation. Rooms were equipped with air conditioner, TV, and bathroom with a shower. Beds were comfortable to sleep on. The hotel had a restaurant so we had dinner there. Again, with beautiful deco.We would stay there again if needed as we have definitely seen worse places.

The carpets in the rooms were really stained.Shower glass doors are not cleaned. Noted paint pealing in places. One of the rooms had a cigarette smell. Luckily, we could open the window.No tea/ coffee making facilities in the rooms.Tv had only Polish channels.Lack of spoken English in the restaurant. Nor English menu, only Polish. With the help of Google Translate, we were able to choose what to eat.

Avoid at any cost

I honestly think that Booking.com should delete this hotel from the system or at least check it and give it the rate it deserves. Why on earth it is placed here as a 3* hotel? This place has absolutely nothing to do with "stars". It was dangerously dirty, the sink wasn't working, the mattress were killing our backs, there was no way to get a hot water in the room, bur there were dirty stains all over the place. It was literally scary to touch anything. Most of the building were in some kind of repair. The receptionist was trying to be nice and help us with something, but there was nothing she could do (and also she didn't speak a word in English or any other language except of Polish). And they have a steaker at their front door from Booking.com with 8.8!!! Booking.com should take actions.

The location was very peaceful even with the highway right next to the hotel and I could sleep with ease. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible even when I originally thought the language barrier might become an issue

I generally can't think of anything. They helped me with my queries and it made my stay very welcome

An amazing hotel for the value. Clean, comfortable rooms, and a big (and seemingly safe) parking lot. Ideal to use as a stopping point on longer roadtrips. Near the highway, so you lose minimal time.

Very nice staff,, clean bathroom, spacy rooms, comfortabl work dest (for me was perfect bonus!), convinient location for the outlets

Room 217 did not have door handle in bathroom!

There was Polish cuizine were we tried Polish soup Gulashova and it was very tasty.

The shower was outdated. In the restaurant we could use only half menu. Staff doesn’t speak English at all.

Cheap price, good beds, nearby highway as we are travelling by car.

Bad pillows, not very good english language. Breakfast was maybe expensive compared to room price. Ok breakfast.

I was ordering room with 1 big bed 20 m.,but has got a room 15 m with two beds. I think it is not honestly

The location is some kind of strange, although good when you need just one night sleep when travelling and getting on the road in Poland.

Personal doesn't speak English, room was ok, but it wasn't as clean as it supposed to be, room needs renovation. On the bathroom door was signs breaking in, which made room even stranger, and, likely becouse of that bathroom didn't had a lock.

Outdated and half of the things in the room are broken, including water tap, shower, window, air con, beds, lights etc

The personel at the reception poor speaks English, some equipment in the room needs renovation. In the middle of the fields :)

Leaving the air conditioner on made the room very cold.

TV did not work. Remote controls I got at reception was for no use. On TV screen appeared only "signal zabrakovany"

The room was not cleaned after the previous guests, one of the beds was not changed, toilet was filthy after the previous guests. Unfortunately, very unpleasant experience.

For a short stay well, near the highway.

You will not be able to choose food for breakfast. Maybe due to Covid rules.
