Can take a rest outside on soft benches with tables, drink some wine.

Super convinient that there is a restaurant downstairs and you can take the food to your room. Host also was very helpful and efficient. The view outside was also very nice.

Breakfast simple but good, do not have a chance to try restaurant, because arrived too late. The room itself simple but it enough for night or few nights. Surroundings are beautifull in day time

It could be more light in parking then you arriving during night time, ando also need conditionier in the rooms

The receptionist helped me find a place in town to get a sim card. He also helped me find the best routes to cross into the Czech Republic. The hotel restaurant served great meals, and the breakfast included was great. The hotel has a very relaxed atmosphere. It has wonderful views of the mountains in the distance.

Comfortable appartment in a village close to Prudnik, plenty of space for sitting outside, good breakfast with a delicious coffee. Great burgers in a restaurant.

It took a long time for the warm water to flow, window nets would be useful.

Receptionist. We were waiting and ringing the bell for 20mins. No one showed up. We had to look for a hotel mobile and give a call to be able to check-in.

The property looks more appealing on pictures than it is in real life, but this does not mean it is not nice. It is solid quality, clean, the surroundings are very nice. Clean bathroom, nice breakfast.

There was nothing did not like, but the beds could be a bit more comfortable, because with these the place is more like a B&B than a Resort.

Clean room and nice area for kids

Rooms are directly located under the roof, which is not convenient at all. Even my 5 year old daughter was bumping her head every time she stood up… Low quality breakfast and we were forced to buy breakfast for all guests from the room, even for the ones who don’t have breakfast in the morning…

Woods around, good parking, teapot in the room, not bad breakfast.

No big deal, but a hair dryer would be handy. Also, beware, the restaurant is closed on Mondays (not that understandable for a “business” hotel)

Nice and quiet location, clean rooms

Even if the food was good, every time we had to wait for meals 1,5-3 hours. Lots of mistakes in the orders, no apologies, no interest in customers.

Beautiful small hotel on the village edge, big garden for chill out. Clean, comfortable and great breakfast.

We didn’t get the cleaning room service for all our stay (3 days). No towel was changed and no soap after the first day
