- Great room, overall hotel looks fresh and newly renovated, stuff was very friendly, our kid enjoyed communication with them.
Cons -
- Horrible noise :-( We couldnt sleep. In restaurant what is under accomodation was party with djs till 2:00 a.m.
- Water pressure in showers... just insufficient
- Breakfast could have more options, but all necessary was there. Also, keep in mind that they are often hosting events and weddings at restaurant, so if you are planning to eat there - that might be a problem

The Staff here is awesome, very helpful and friendly.
The air conditioning in my room was not working correctly but, the nights were cool enough it was not a problem.
Clean room with comfortable beds, big enough windows.Soft towels. And even a small kettle was in our room.Friendly staff.
Nothing to be mentioned here.
Nice breakfast, good diverity of choice.
Sauna was closed, and the fitness room is a bit short in terms of equipments
Bathroom and brekfast was good
additional bad not comfortable, reservation on hotel took too long
Hotel is close to industrial area where I travelled for business trip, this is the only one positive thing.
Noise. All the time noise “relax” music was playing in the corridors of hotel, very loud in room, in morning at 6.30 they switched it on again!
The location of this hotel is very uncomfortable, it was chosen by mistake because the booking site did not specify the distance from Waclow. You should add it to the site, to avoid unpleasant cancellations, or worse take the full amount without canceling the reservation for free. Personally I risked this. However, for those who are aware of distance and location, Hotel Arkadia Jelcz-Laskowice offers good services. Breakfast very reach and good.
I didn't like going into the room and finding a frozen room. The air conditioning was too low
