- Great location in the middle of the mountains. Good food for breakfast, friendly staff, spacious room, nice balcony with the view of the mountains. A lot of parking place, easy to find, close to many tourist attractions.

- There are no more positives about this property. It's like moving back in time to the mid 80s, rooms are really "soviet style", old bathrooms which requires immediate renovations, restaurant with rude personnel. First and last visit in this property. Never again! ?
- The hotel was empty apart from my group - but I was given a small single room - even though I paid the same price as a double!
- A little far away from the city of Nowy Sacz. Quite empty and sad outside winter season. The bathroom and the shower were a little too small for adults. The bar closes at 8 or 9 during the summer.

On-site sports activities & summer camp for kids, friendly staff after all, cozy room & comfortable bathroom, breakfast OK (but not great)
Only one out of three waitresses could prepare an espresso, room was cleaned only once in 6 days (after having asked for it) and not even well enough, Wi-Fi didn’t work in my room so beware if you’re to play videos or work, food was not good (well you cannot tell people that you are about to refresh your menu), and you pay extra for jacuzzi/sauna
