Hotel Grey Spa

I liked the room and spa zone, the personnel was very friendly. Great plus was a covered parking area. The breakfast was very simple nothing special.

The beds were super hard and uncomfortable, almost impossible to sleep on. Th walls are very thin, every word said in the nighbour room can be easily heard.

Very friendly staff. Good location, restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfasts and a wonderful spa area.

Breakfast and coffee was great every morning. Free coffee & tea in the lounge area is a plus. The free parking/garage is a big plus. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we appreciated the lovely laday at the reception, who was always ready for a small talk, tips about the region and outings etc. Having the laundry done at the hotel was very convenient for us. We had a nice view on the mountains from our balcony.

Good breakfast, location near centre, hotel facilities work very well, 24h reception, spa and some other activities for ppl.

bed pillows are very soft

- the facilities and rooms,- delicious breakfast,- location a bit away from the touristic area, but also close enough to walk there every evening

As for a SPA hotel, I think the soap / shower gel in the rooms could be of a better quality.

Delicious breakfast, not the same for two days, we really liked it. Clean quiet spa and rooms, comfortable bed, just perfect.

Nice+clean, nice wellness included in price, great breakfast, kind personal, nesr the railway station, beatiful nature, shop Lidl several meters from hotel.. :)

Room was great, good location, even had a fridge.

Some minor mechanical issues, like the bathroom handle being loose, reception also didn't speak English.

The hotel is in a great location in an old bulding that was renovated so it jade a good vibe.

I would highlight the friendliness of the staff and very tasty breakfast and good value for money. The hotel is a short walk from the centre where there are very good restaurants. Nice wellness.

Poor air conditioning in the spa. It smells like the monkey pavilion in the zoo, but then you get used to it. There is a really nice pool table at the bar, but the cues could use a makeover.

Location is great for exploring the area. Parking and breakfast included in the price. Decent spa with sauna and hot tub.

Standard rooms face a rock wall therefore are a little dark.
