Nothing perfect

As this was the only hotel in the Wolbrom town centre you have very limited choice, staff are helpful

Rooms are very basic, be aware some of the electrical plug sockets are loose and dangerous, not recommended for children to stay.

Beautiful room with the two huge balconies. Amazing AC. Nice sized room and a HUGE bathroom. The staff didn't speak English that well but they tried really hard which was very much so appreciated.The breakfast was amazing. Parking is great too.

Our top floor room was fantastic. Beautiful finishings fantastic bed and linen. 2 balconies and full windows in two directions, its own quiet air conditioner. The restaurant is very special with great food at a very interesting decor and service.

It's not a dislike but the hotel and restaurant are not in some fancy place we never even left the building.

Big room (as booked), but cold, all heating had been turned off completely in November. Doors very cheap, no noise insulation. Checkout process takes long for some guests, so you wait in the queue. Hotel staff struggle with English. Rooms "polluted" with artifical smells from electric room fragrance dispensers.....

Room Air Freshener is catastrophe; No freshener please. Headache!

Breakfast was really bad even if the waiter was really professional we had bad experience. We were expecting great breakfast for the money that we paid for a night in not the greatest location. We ordered omelette which was mixed with flour and looked like a sponge cake. It was absolutely disgusting.

Service was great, the staff really kind but that’s all about the hotel. Pictures on the website don’t show the actual room. Room was huge and cold. Bedsheets were clean but dusty, the minute I went to bed I got dust allergy. The hotel looks amazing on the pictures but in real life only the reception and restaurant looks nice, the room doesn’t. Absolutely not worth to stay there for the money we paid..365zl for a Sunday night. Even night in centre of Kraków was cheaper than this.

Lovely people, welcoming and helpful. Excellent restaurant at the hotel. Ensuring corona safety measures (1st time we witnessed that in Polish hotels)
