Hotel Novum & Spa

It's a regular hotel mainly used by business travelers to the nearby industrial center, so I had no big expectations. Reasonable price for a hotel in a big city area. Very clean, good breakfast.

Personnel kind but not very flexible. Ordering food from outside after the hotel restaurant was closed was problematic (though eventually possible)

Staff was willing to solve my problem with bed, I would appreciate wellness (2x sauna - 1x dry sauna, 1x steam sauna), really good and comfy parking.

I think that this hotel should consider to buy new mattresses, as there are really used/worn-down (even after we changed room with better, but not sufficient mattress).

Pleasant staff, proper room, free parking

THE HOTEL IS VERY NICE AND CLEAN. HAS A LOVELY FREE SAUNA FOR THE GUESTS OF THE HOTEL. DINNER WAS ALSO VERY GOOD.

Honestly nothing, only the location.

For this price it should at least have some air conditioning. Looks like it was 3 stars 30 years ago now the hostel room I got in krakow is better…

A pleasant hotel, well-equipped from wellness rooms, through a children's playground, to a bicycle storage room. Very nice service. We left really satisfied. Truly fantastic breakfasts, unlimited with scrambled eggs, sausages and sliced meats and cheeses. Lots of different pastes, salads, rolls, etc.

We requested a baby cot to be placed in our room even though it was listed on booking.com as a service that is not available and our request was granted - very nice of them! The staff at breakfast were extra nice and helpful! Overall, the standard was higher than what we had expected.

In the hallway leading to our room, the lights turned on automatically in the very last moment as you walked underneath which felt a bit creepy, like walking into a dark void. Felt like taken straight out of "the shining" by Kubrick but I'll take it as a feature and a local attraction. It definitely left a lasting impression.

The room was spacious and clean and the en suite and shower good. The bed was of good size and very comfortable. The location close to the town centre was good. Very good value for money.

The reception staff were excellent, but the woman in the bar and the man supervising breakfast could do with smiling !!! On some days the breakfast selection was limited, and food never seemed to be replenished in last hour.

nice area, close to centre

very intense smell floor washing liquid

Clean comfortable and staff very helpful.

Spacious rooms and lovely location

No smart TVs in the room so that I could access netflix, Amazon, and Disney off my phone

Super breakfast lots of choice but would have been better if served til a bit later

Curtains in room left huge gap which many others have commented on but not been sorted yet!? I imagine it would be more of a problem in long days of summer. I remedied by looping bed coverlet over curtain rail!

Good rooms, great buffet breakfast. 15 minute walk to Rynek town center.

The free use of the sauna The breakfast

The mattress was to soft and spongy

Location, free parking, price

My room didn't have an airconditioner

The hotel is really excellent. Food is also good. There is free spa for hotel guests.

I couldn't login to the wifi and the staff could not help.

Awesome, attentive customer service with plenty of enthusiasm. Well arranged and equipped room. Good breakfast.

Great breakfast. Big choose. Also resturant with good food.

Both main rooms equiped with aircondition unit, but there were not remote control avaiable to start.

OK value for money. Big parking-lot and free parking.

Was logged out of the WIFI all the time and had to enter user-id and password every time. Very frustrating. And no WIFI in the bar. Stayed 5 nights, had to ask for new towels after 3 days. No cleaning.

Extremely happy People working at the hotel! Air condition was exc, dinner was exc and this place is very dog friendly.
