Wonderful place. Quiet despite being close to the road. AC was not listed but it was available.

Staff were amazing, food was great, very clean and good facility. IT has a country feel and relaxing place to stay.Good for weddings or functions or large family groups to stay.

Bad experience

Noise in the room 15 all the night from the refrigerator in the kitchen. Staff suggested to look for another hotel at the night time.

Carton walls, you hear literally everything other guests do.Insufficient lighting in the room Pillows could be much larger.

Convenient, clean hotel in a good position. The breakfast was well over my expectations, it could be the asset for a 5 stars hotel easily… just loved it!!!

Location, staff, free car park, breakfast

It was freezing cold in the room, the heater did not heat the room at all. The bathroom was also freezing cold, the condensation stayed on the walls after having a shower as there is no ventilation.

The beds where good. The gentleman waited for us in the middle of the night. Did not try breakfast cause got up late from the drive Thank you

But there was no hot water to take a shower. Very cold water.

Koral is a little outside of the main city, so we appreciated it immensely. We also got the local experience, and not a commercial / modern hotel. I appreciate the fact that everyone was friendly despite the fact that we could not really communicate, as we are Afrikaans speaking, so in Poland we used English to communicate. We absolutely luv the food - both breakfast and the dinners in the restaurant. Absolute value for money.

Whats up with having two duvets for a double bed?

Big room, very comfy bed, good breakfast, friendly staff. Price value hotel.

Only one thing: walls are thin like paper, so we could hear every single word and even the snooring too from the neighbour room. If i didn-t have earplugs, it could be very bad.

Good beds, shower, breakfast. People working are receptive and friendly. The room is very clean and has a good restaurant. I recommend.

The air conditioning didn't work very well.

Delicious breakfast and dinner, warm and well-maintained room, high-quality tap water. We Hungarians love a good scrambled egg and basically eat double the portion than the average Polish portion.

The opening and closing of the neighboring room was a bit loudly hearable in my room. It was cold in the restaurant in one evening.

Very friendly personnel, very helpful and kind. Excellent breakfast, tasty, great variety and healthy. Spacious room with balcony.

Some elements of the room need replacement. For example, the carpet was worn out.

Kind and helpful stuff. Restaurant closed at 9 p.m but 10 min before they was kind and made for us a food. Big thanks :).

Because a hotel is near busy street is noisy if you room from this side.

Place and people

Lots of bugs in the room...entrance of hotel no real place very dirty...lots of broken glass around and woke up all beaten by bugs...

The hotel is located not far away from Krakow. This was a good option for us, because we needed one night accommodation on the way to Croatia. We are not sure there is something to of in this town) The hotel room was spacious enough for three adults. In our opinion it is ok hotel, not luxury, but much better than lot of others? 3 stars- is fairly described. Especially, we liked the breakfast, it was very good. And nice lady on reception was very helpful))

Air conditioner in our room didn’t work properly. Also, it would be good to clean the carpets and other things (for example chairs in the restaurant) because some of them were dirty, it is not a problem, but it will increase customers’ loyalty and attitude ?

Location is great for travelling guests, very close to the motorway. Breakfast was very fine. The bed was comfortable.

The lack of warm water at 6 in the morning, the lack of bed lamp, the luck of wifi password in the room. Had to wait a bit until I was checked in.

The room was cold when we arrived, it took ages to warm it up. The water was cold when I was taking shower, it became warm when I was finishing. The bedding was made out of polyester (not breathable) which made my night hell. I did not sleep at all. When we arrived a security guy was not very welcoming - I asked a simple question if my request has been fulfilled. He was very deliberate in his answer that he was there just for security and that he does not know nor care about what I asked for. I said I will have a meeting online in the morning and hoped WiFi is working well - that was not the case. I had to use my cellular network as it was superior to the WiFi which was not usable for video conference. I have no idea how this place has a 9.0 rating on booking. I travel the whole world all the time due to work and I have never been that disappointed. If this would be 5.0 I would understand but not 9.0. I don't recommend it, maybe if you pay 100 PLN but not nearly 250 PLN.
