Breakfast was good, stuff was very helpful, I liked the SPA and the park around the castle. The experience of sleeping in the castle was special.

There were a party at the castle i didn't know about while booking, so it was a bit loud, but stuff was helpful and tried to quite them down.

It was amazing, everything was perfect: park, real castle, restaurant with perfect breakfast and delicious dishes. Rooms are big and comfortable, room service the best!

It is far from the Rzeszow and very difficult to get to that hotel without a car

Beautiful renaissance castle, with hotel section set on the first floor, overlooking a courtyard and renaissance open galleries. Courtyard, internal galleries and the grounds are open to hotel guests after visitor's hours, which is a great bonus. Comfortable rooms and a very good breakfast.

Beautiful castle and ground. Inside could use a little work. The restaurant was amazing!

Furnishing and rooms were worn and dated. Would have bene nice for some to show us to our room as it was dark and a little confusing at the castle. Property should provide fans in all rooms due to there not being air conditioning

I love staying here. This was our 4th time staying on the castle grounds. The gardens and castle are so beautiful. And was so happy that hotel rooms are air conditioned because it was over 90F when we were there. Can’t wait to go back next year.

Didn’t get to sleep in the actual castle like the year before because of a prior event, but still love being here.

Location

Lack of hot showers, water is either hot or cold at random, hairdryer that works only when you hold and push button- you know anti theft approach. Same with hangers - I have not seen the anti theft once’s in a very long time. You have to ask for additional toilet paper since a single roll is provided. Not a treatment for customers that pay more than $100 per night.

Food options for breakfast could be better - few vegetarian options

I chose a room in the castle and really enjoyed the experience. The room faced the courtyard staircase which was lit up at night and added to the atmosphere. I had dinner outside on the patio in warm weather facing the fountain. The grounds are nice to walk around. There is a play area for children. It would be nice if guests were offered free tours of the castle. The breakfast selection was good. A coffee machine made a great cappuccino. Ample gated parking.

Could not open the window to get in fresh air.

Excellent place for those loving history and calm nature around! Great service at the reception. Breakfast is rich with Polish delicacies! Great place to come again and again!

Agnes at the front desk was lovely - friendly, professional and welcoming. Our room had a balcony and glimpse of the castle, as well as a refrigerator and kettle. The spa zone was even better than expected, and the breakfast was tasty with a helpful, kind, and accommodating staff overseeing it. The castle grounds are worthy of a stroll. Parking was plentiful and safe. We would return! Thank you.

Everything was perfect! The beds were super comfy just wish it was one large bed and not two smaller beds together!

We stayed not in the castle rooms but in the building beside the castle. Some furniture needs better upkeep.

Perfect experience in a unique castle.The room was clean and well designed.We were also happy with the restaurant, meals and service were wonderful. Above average quality restaurant.Overall we were very happy with our accommodation.I am sure we will visit again.

There are not many issues.Only comment I can make is that the bed was a little bit noisy.
