Restaurant and bar closing early on Saturday night
AMAZING massage (ask for Marta), truly unique experience with the salt massage and peeling. The decor is definitely unique!Food in the restaurant was good.

Territory and the palace is great, restaurant is great
We found dirty pants in our bad
At first glance, the hotel made a good impression – the lobby was beautifully decorated for Easter, creating a warm and festive atmosphere. However, a closer look revealed several disappointments: the room had outdated furnishings, a dirty carpet, and chairs marked with pen. Staying with a dog turned out to be unexpectedly expensive – 100 PLN. Additionally, on-site parking was not included in the price. The sauna was not heated to a proper temperature, making it unusable. Restaurant prices were noticeably high. On my birthday, I received a tiny slice of Polish cheesecake (approx. 2 x 10 cm) with a single thin candle – this modest treat cost 48 PLN. Overall, the experience didn’t match the price point.
The bed was good. Location peacefulThe waitress at the restaurant was very kind.
the pillow was poor very soft. Even IKEA has better pillows there was no bedside table but the worse was NO space to stand up from the bed. There was Maybe just 10 cm.the bed almost sticked to the wall. If you want to go to the bathroom during the night GOOD LUCK!I took a picture to give you an idea. The soap distributor in the shower had NO soapI was after the swimming pool and I couldn't take a shower. I was stinky till I got home on Sunday SHAME. No soap until we left the hotelthe room costed me 690 zloty....I took a few seconds video to evidence this SHAME (booking doesn't allow me to attach it)The INTERCONTINENTAL in Warsaw had just very low difference..about 80 zloty more....The water in the swimming was fresh....I heard other ppl complaining about thatMy wife and I had dinner at the restaurant at the 1st floor. Just after seated I noticed a stain on the white tablecloth...I took a picture for evidence.Food at the restaurant was OK. Not bad but overpriced. You can eat more or less the same quality for half the price in an average restaurant in Warsaw Overall I would rate the room half the priceYou pay for the location and the name "PALACE"BY THE way this "Palace" is full of "artistic" statues of naked ladies with big breasts (not all of them)Even in the restaurant. I love big breast but these were just unfit with the environment I took pictures for evidenceThe toilet brush was "open" and when I seated...I felt bad smell coming up from the brush box.I took a few seconds video to evidence (booking doesn't allow me to attach it)All these mistakes are allowed to a 2 stars hotel but are unacceptable to a (supposed to be) 4 stars hotel
Clean, comfortable, everything you need
There was just one small mirror in the bathroom, obviously not enough:)
Very nice restaurant and kind people.Heating was ok.
The pool was very dirty. Bad water colour and particles accumulated in the pool. The lights in the room are not convenient. No bedside lamps. No plug by the bed. Very distrubing light in the ceiling. (Room 208).Bathroom is a bit worn out.
The hotel itself is pretty nice and there is a nice park zone around it. Room is also okay, but for its price I expected more.
The staff is terrible. Only few people barely speak English and the ones who don’t they are just ignoring you and go away. This is crazy when you are asking for help and people are just turn around and leaving you. Also a I asked to arrange flowers and cake for my mom for her birthday and we agreed on the time and they forgot. After the reminder they came 40 minutes later with extremely overpriced flowers (300zl) which were not even close to what I have requested. Another surprise was with horse riding lesson. In the morning it cost 80zl, when I came in the evening price became 100 and at the reception I had to paid 120 and they were not able to explain the reason
Breakfast was fine, view and facility was big and nice. Stayed in the Cottage house, good view. Other than that, Personnel was nice, swimming pool and sauna was fun, we had lovely time.
There should be another option for heating, there was only A/C and it was hard to heat the place. WiFi was not working in the house area, only in main building. Bunk beds are very noisy, kids complained a lot.
Pool, jacuzzi, nature, staff.
There was no hot water in the bathtub that was standing in the room.
Swimming pool is astonishing. Delicious food at the restaurant, tasty cocktails. Luxurious palace. Quite and pretty park with animals. Free parking.
We arrived and got allocated a room which was not cleaned... We complained and got another room, and there was still a piece of garbage on the floor... A bit odd for a palace. Bathroom is a bit out fashioned.
Food and drinks were acceptable.
The rooms need proper cleaning. When we checked in, our sink and bedside tables had some hairs on them. The toilet has marks showing that it doesn’t get regularly cleaned. The bathroom floor and mirrors are also not clean. They don’t do daily cleaning of the rooms, apparently you need to request this but it’s not communicated to you during check in.
Breakfast, swimming pool, live music, outdoor seating places, free parking.
Inadequate room size for a family of 4. They gave the smallest room ever. The pram could hardly fit in the room, could not even place the cot because there was 0 space left on the floor. 2 pillows for 4 guests - asked for additional, but nobody bothered to bring. Receptionist/told us that breakfast start at 9am, but it starts at 8am. Furniture and decorations are a luxurious disaster - neglected and falling apart. Big territory with a potential but again neglected and not looked after.
Nice big premises, good breakfast, good pool (but you need to ask to turn on the sauna 2 hours beforehand), the bath in the room.
The naked statues on every wall looked very tasteless in a place like this. The facilities are already rather tired.
Good breakfast, nice room
We arrived 19.30 and restoran kitchen was already closed. Had to drive to shop which was 4 km away to get something to eat. When checking in the receptionist did not speak english. Water was not hot enough to get a nice bath.
Breakfast was amazing, staff as well very friendly and great value for money. Yoga was a nice bonus.
Lack of the outdooor swimming pool and no taxis available from the closest train station. No other way to get there than by car.
Amazing, relaxing place. Quite, parks and kid playground. Tasty and good restaurant. Great breakfast. Nice pool zone with jacuzzi. Spacious room. Great view and a lot of relaxing zones around hotel.
There was airblowed attraction for kid in park that was a bit dirty due to trees, otherwise all rest super nice.
The breakfast was good. The park is pretty nice and it is really quiet there. Have not tried spa nor the pool - it turned out there are two buildings at the premises and the pool was in the other one.Left my phone behind, the staff was really helpful in retrieving it, thank you.
Cold water in the shower. The bathtub was in the room itself (strange, but acceptable) and was apparently leaking as the carpet was considerably wet.Instead of 1 queen bed there were 2 twin combined and I was falling in between for the whole night. The blankets are single. The building and the room smelled funny, we were lucky with the weather and could open the windows. At the checkout the reception offered us sorry for inconvenience. All in all, this is totally unacceptable for a 4* and the price per night.
