Breakfast was very good, great getaway for a weekend. Book the spa appointments ahead of time and hope the Staff can be a bit more warm and friendly. The restaurant Al la cart menu is very good !

Spa is totally new, many options and open from 08.00 till 22.00

Limited food options (i.e. only one dessert for dinner) unless it is some "special day"

Great breakfast, very good dinner, nice and clean room as well as spa area , friendly staff, near the hotel bus stop - bus is free of charge and goes to the city Świeradów-Zdrój and other places several times during the day.

I can recommend. Breakfast and dinners were fresh and delicious. The room was clean and comfortable. Pool, jacuzzi and sauna are perfect to relax if you don't go during busy time just after dinner. There is also room with table tennis and fotball.

Wi-fi connection in room was bad because of low signal - this is area for improvement.

The place is close to the surrounding mountains.

Pool is always full, the electricity did not work in our apartment for half a day, the whole place seemed to be falling apart, the cabinets and TV Netflix were also out of order.

One of the best stays we ever had!! It's for sure value for money!! The rooms where super clean, New, nice decorated, with option of warm tea or coffee. Room had also small fridge and big bathroom. At the hotel premises there is the spa area with big swimming pool, small pool for kids, 4 different types of sauna and a hot jacuzzi outside.The Hotel also offers umbrellas if needed and sledges and buttons. There is also a great indoor playground and another one outside. Gym and play room is also an option. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice view through big windows. At the premises you will also find massage and mineral treatments which is payed. Overall we loved it and we will visit again and we really recommend it if you have kids..

No smart TVNo warm milk in breakfast

Everything was great - free parking, pleasant and helping staff, spacious and clean rooms, a nice pool, brilliant outside jacuzzi, two small but nice saunas (steam and Finnish). Food was excellent - dinner had a variety of options and was really tasty, breakfast was superb - I had one of the best omelettes in my life + bread was the best one I ever had in a hotel.

Weaker wi-fi signal in the room, but it's a negligible minus as everything else was really great.

The Location was good and quite. The staff was helpful. Breakfast and dinner was ok.

The indoor swimming Pool was too small and always crowded. Changing rooms were also too small. Hotel room was big enough for 3 but the carpet, sheets and curtains could have been cleaner.

Another great stay in this wonderful location. We were very lucky to get a room in the main building, meaning no need for walking outside to get in /out of pool. The buffer dinner option was good in the past, but we often opted for a la carte. This time was buffet was simply great - both nights it was an easy choice!

Really nothing to complain about this time. If I desperate need something - pool gets crowded at times, so observe patterns of other tenants and plan wisely ;)

I TAKE HALFBOARD BUT INSTEAD OF BUFFET THEY GAVE US A SOUP AND A SALAD CAUSE THERE ARE NO PEOPLE IN HOTEL THEY OFFER LOT OF THINGS BUT THERE ARE NO TOURISTHOTEL WAS EMPTY AND WHEN GO FOR CHECKIN AT 1 PM THEY REPLY THAT CHECKIN IS 3 PM

Expected a bit more from the restaurant.

Great place to stay with children. Closed estate, playgrounds, trash bins for diapers available on each floor, ... Very nice pool and wellness freely accessible.Nearby Świeradów-Zdrój offers a lot of options for children as well as for adults.

The food was quite average and there were nearly no (real) options for babies.

Great place for family weekend or vacation. Well planned and organised territory, lots of grass and shade to play or simply spend time. Good on-sight restaurant and sufficient alternatives in walking distance, even more - driving (e.g. 10 min - wonderful beer place on Czech side ;). Comfy beds, decent animation for kids. SPA area and pool not huge so may get crowded but was ok during our stay.

Nothing major to complain about. Maybe main course selection at buffet dinner was odd sometimes, or the stairwells could have been cleaned more often (yes, there are many tourists there tracking many miles a day, so they do bring soil!). One odd and bit funny annoyance was the shower - we got an accessible room so the shower is just area with plastic curtains. Unfortunately there is some construction design so water stays there - so hotel provided a mob instead of fixing

We were unlucky I suppose to have a room either above or next to their air con system. The constant low hum and fan noise was unpleasant. Horrible plumbing too. I'm sure the pipes could be insulated! Lovely young waiting staff could benefit with some training. Forgetting the knives , bringing forks to eat ice cream or trying to clear the table when guests clearly haven't finish their meal is a no go.

Kids entertainment possibilities, indoor/outdoor playground, pool. The buffet was amazing.

Calm resort, nice wellness with pool and jacuzzi, wide options for breakfast and dinner (with free water), air con at the room, parking, lift, really spacious room and bathroom. There is option to eat outside, which is great.

Are there some options to improve. Would be great if wellness with pool will be from 18 or 20 hrs till end only for adults to have calm relax. Sometimes its hard to find free table during breakfast and dinner. Missing fruit at the breakfast and some sweet bakery. Doors closing really loud :( so you are awake in a moment when neighbours come back from the bar. And last point, it seems receptionsts need a little bit more experience - dont offer any additional services or dont recommend restaurant or bar and at the end, only collect city tax and nothing "Thank you for your stay" or "How did you like it". Just nothing...

Situated in a very picturesque location with fine looking buildings. Food was excellent, great choice from the buffet for breakfast and dinner. Thoroughly enjoyed the outside jacuzzi in the rain.
