Ideal place to stay if you are looking for a ski trip. 10 min walk from the ski lift up the mountain. Nice facilities with much on offer.

Felt the games rooms didn't cater for my children (aged 5 and 7). They were too old for the play room on the 2nd floor, but a bit too young for the games room on the 4th floor. The swimming pool for kids was often too full.

Breakfast was super, menu for children, everything is fresh ant tasty. Restaurant a là cart was very nice as well . Very delicious.

Staff tried to take more money for our stay. More expensive. Diference was in 12.000 KČ. Then 6.000… finally i paid what was on my Booking.com reservation . I have no idea what it was. Because they were very surprised and disappointed.

the hotel has potential, nice interior design

we booked a superior room. it turned out on site that just as the hotel is 5*, the rooms that are not categorized in the description are not 5*. On second day the staff wasn't there to clean the room but it didn't bother me, but when I asked if they could refill our water (it was snowing, I was 8 months pregnant, we took water but it is never too much) the lady at the reception told me that Refilling water and changing towels is available for an additional fee of PLN 50. I believe that at these prices the water should be refilled daily. additionally, other guests singing under the windows at 1-2 a.m. and children running and screaming in the corridors after midnight... of course, it is partly the customers' fault, but the hotel allowed it…and the ongoing construction of part of the hotel and the information that it will only be loud in the elevator...

- hotel is more **** than *****- low quality of the staff service- categorized ( extra fee ) / uncategorized rooms- no cleaning service for uncategorized rooms - extra fee for room service - poor toiletries kit in the bathroom ( maybe due to category of the room)- red wine is not kept in the fridge ( bars and restaurant )- very bad ventilation in the restaurant ( clothes smell after coming out after the meal), additionally there was no ventilation fan above the omlet station ( breakfast)- dirty, messy and poor kids roomI would expect better quality from ***** hotel.

The parking spaces for the cars are confusing. Access to the various parking garages and parking spaces is very poorly signposted.

Quite expensive drinks and any other extras you would like to purchase. Loud because of the refurbishment and loads of kids

The commodities were good. We got a nice room that could fit all 4 of us, living room + bedroom. It has pools and place to park the car outside. The breakfast was good. In theory it could have been a good experience, but…

It started has a 5 star hotel telling me that I had to pay for a crib and sheets for the sofa bed (both 40zl/8€ per night), because their “rule” is that kids until 4 years old are supposed to sleep in the bed with parents (i have 2 under 3y). Meanwhile they recheck because I had payed for 4 and with the sofa counting as a bed so the sheets were included after all. Be aware.The worst experience was to get to the hotel for our 2nd night, after all day out, and the room wasn’t clean at all. The way we left it was the way it was: no beds made, the towels that you are supposed to leave on the floor to switch were there, the bag with diapers was there as well. For dinner, the food at the restaurant was just ok, we didn’t try the buffet.At the checkout they told us how much to pay for all summarized (the restaurant + crib + 5zl per person per night), I asked a detail of the sum, just to check the values and they told me that they can just send me by email after payment (!). I told that i need to check, and they told me it wasn’t possible. So we payed before knowing what to pay.There were some nice people: at the checkin, at pool, 2 at the buffet, but generally don’t expect a smile or feel welcomed.Far from being a 5 star hotel experience.

The hotel is not bad, but lacks a good manager and control over the staff. Absolutely not worth 5 stars. You won't feel any hospitality from the hotel(Given that the hotel was 80% empty, we were placed on the side of the construction site. From 8 a.m. we heard hammer drills and heavy construction equipment.The two of us were placed in a room prepared for one person, but no one cared or brought a second set of bed linen, a pillow and blankets. I had to go to the reception in the evening and ask about it. Like in a student dormitoryNot to mention the little things, like an empty tissue box, an empty minibar.

The dishes in the restaurant are not very clean. There is food stuck to the glasses from previous guests. You won't be able to find a clean glass on the first try.There is water in the spa around the pool, and there are also puddles in the hallway. It's slippery and dangerous. But the man - the rescuer who must drive her into the drain - hid behind a column and was busy with his phone.Children are not allowed in the pool after 20:00. But this is not respected. We came in the evening to be in silence, but the children left closer to 21 o'clock after the elderly lady's remark. The staff has no control over this

Great location, lots to do (walking and cycling trips). Modern property with modern facilities.

We had an apartment fitting 3 adults. The exhausting system in the bathroom didn’t work at all. Every door (even bathroom door) had big hole above the flooring so when u were in the bathroom u had no privacy at all coz it felt like the door is not there at all. The cleaning lady came to clean our room at 4 pm.

Modern, new, big rooms. Gaming room for children. Sauna area.

Construction works. WC near outside swimming pool was closed because of works. Very inconvenient for young children. No indication where to find nearest alternative.

really beautiful room and bathroom. We travelled with a dog and there was already prepared a bed for the dog and bowls!

The breakfast was really busy and crowded even though a really large variety of food.The swimming pool was overcrowded with kids.

Food at the restaurant was quite good but the staff was super slow even when we were almost alone there and the kitchen was way too quick so we had gotten soup & Main course at the same time…

Capacity of Elevators.Cooling units in front of building was too noisy.Each morning staff was emptying glasses into trash bin - too lout.In the room was hot.

Great location though its uphill if you plan to walk, Staff is helpful, Great play area for kids. Sound proof rooms and covered garage for cars parking. Kids have a separate heated pool.

The buffet meals were repeated. The dishes would run out quickly making guests to wait for a refill. The coupon system for the swimming pool is confusing specially if you bring your own towels. Waiting time for lift is significant

The direct order failed due to the impossibility of payment from foreign account. Although it was requested by phone to send the data for payment, the promised data didn’t arrive by email and reservation was cancelled. In the end we had to order through booking (higher price) with payment on the spot. First impression from communication with the hotel wasn’t entirely positive.
