- Lovely spa.
- Lovely room in a very quiet location. Super helpful staff, gave us a phone charger when our wasn’t working. Artwork is incredible, especially the pool. Breakfast buffet great.

Cons -
- My husband and I both got food poisoning from the breakfast.
- Children were only allowed in the pool in the early morning. I can understand not being in the spa but it would have been nice to use the outdoor pool in the heat if the afternoon.
- The pool area could have been better serviced in terms of picking up used towels and keeping areas clean and well maintained.

Great stay at this unique glass themed hotel in the heart of Smaland. The hotel is decorated with fabulous glass artworks, tables, lights and lamps. The crockery and glassware in the restaurant are all Kosta Boda and the glass bar is something to behold. The glass artwork continues into the bedrooms with even glass sinks in the bathroom. There is a spa with various heated pools, a sauna and steamroom which also offers beauty treatments.
The pool area could have been better serviced in terms of picking up used towels and keeping areas clean and well maintained.
Excellent facilities, decor, dinner was great
Staff were a little off. Wasn’t possible to buy a pair of the Kosta Boda slippers which was a real shame….
As a weekly international business traveler, I have found another favorite gem of a hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and up to expectations for 4☆The Spa and Gym facilities are way beyond that. Absolutely perfect for some exercise and relaxation after a long days work. Also, mannered, caring and professional staff. Great food and cocktails. The glass art is amazing.Unfortunately I am not often close to Kosta for business, but I would gladly make a detour to stay here another time!
We were there three years ago, and had a great experience. Now we came back already with a small kid, and we are still very satisfied. It's great that the spa and pool area has separate hours for families with kids - nobody gets annoyed. Everything is very clean and pleasant, friendly and helpful stuff.
The personnel at the breakfast should really learn some basics of the food etiquette and cutlery code. For a hotel of such a quality, one would expect this to be obvious. We literally had to fight so that our plates were not removed from the table while we were still using them.
Excellent facilities. Beautiful glass art. Excellent breakfast.
A bit expensive.
Just some short info:- Staff - exceptional- Breakfast - exceptional- Lunch - not applicable, simply for the fact that I didn't lunch at the hotel, but if the experience I had was like "Dinner" value yourself the answer.- Dinner - exceptional- Services (simply for the fact that unfortunately I haven't used them, but I've seen what's behind, and in my opinion it's an "exceptional" score)- Place - far from chaos (for me exceptional)- General evaluation - it's worth it (so exceptional)
It was all fantastic.
A lot of art from Kosta Boda everywhere. Great discounts in the shops.
Very expensive room for what you get, you can get an excellent room in an amazing hotel in a big city center for less. This was cramped, old, black spots between the tiles in the shower, ripped curtain, bedsheets with those grabbing holes on top (I find that disgusting, especially in a hotel). The lights were wonky, the light in the room only went on after toggling a few switches in a certain order which we didn't really found out how. Breakfast was old, even the little cut tomatoes and oranges between the meats and cheeses were dried out from air exposure. Let alone the cheeses and meats.
The glass art, the bar, the food was excellent, the pool area and saunas were great, spa was amazing and the woman who provided service was excellent. Bartender was great.
Hot tub was crowded, dry sauna was crowded, but enjoyed everything so much
Breakfast was outstanding and the pool area was beautiful
Fact that kids could not use the pool area in the afternoon
Perfekt breakfaast. Good location. Fantastic art.
No complaint!
The glass art presented is extraordinary. The buffet breakfast is varied, fresh and the opening hours are perfect for hitting the gym beforehand. The gym is well equipped. The Hot Glass massage we booked was exceptionally good and relaxing. The Brain glass head present is a nice touch.
The air in the room was really dry. The Spa had to be prebooked for two hours in the evening, there was no possibility to go to the Spa after the gym in the morning. The Cappuccino we ordered at breakfast costs extra.
great art. staff is really nice and friendly.
single beds are too narrow.
Fantastic dinner Friendly serviceExcellent quality of breakfest

The light in the room and bathroom. Very very bad.The restaurant was without any athmofär what so ever and very dull.
Both Dinner and breakfast was amazing. DEcoration and rooms too.- We had a great stay
We particularly appreciated the measures the hotel takes to prevent the Covid spread. Overall, nothing to complain about - a nice clean room for an overnight stay, good breakfast, pleasant spa experience.
excellent staff and facilitiesthe room felt a bit basic for £267 per night, although it was clean and tidy
I would have preferred a king size bed, carpets, luxury furnishings, a warmer feel to the decor
